Beautiful villa of 150m² with a large terrace of 170m² and a pool house fitted out in an oriental style directly overlooking the swimming pool.
If you like tranquility, the sun, the sea, and the song of the cicadas we will be happy to welcome you to our villa located in a residential area and will do our utmost to ensure that you have a pleasant stay.
The swimming pool is private without any opposite. Look at the photos they speak for itself.

Der Garten ist wunderschön, groß, keine direkte Einsicht durch die Nachbarn. Sehr nette Vermieter, Check-In und Out schnell und unkompliziert. Das Haus verfügt über alles Nötige, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert - der Pool war phantastisch. Wir haben die Ruhe, das Haus und den Garten sehr genossen. Die Umgebung ist schön zum Wandern, Reiten, Radfahren...im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt, Cafe, Friseur, Bäcker usw. In der Nähe Intermarché, zum Strand mit dem Auto je nach Verkehr ca. 20 Minuten...wir würden wieder kommen und können das Haus empfehlen...vielen Dank für eine sehr schöne Woche ;-)

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub für uns und die Kinder. Der eigene Pool war super. Die Villa war sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen. Der Bäcker, Spar und Apotheke in ca. 1 km Entfernung waren gut zu erreichen. Den größeren Einkauf tätigten wir im "Intermarché SUPER Roquebrune-Sur-Argens", welcher ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt liegt. Spitze fanden wir, das die meisten Läden auch sonntags aufhatten. Es war eine sehr angenehme ruhige Gegend. Wer Ruhe mag, ist hier genau richtig. Über das Willkommensgeschenk haben wir uns sehr gefreut.Ce furent des vacances très agréables pour nous et les enfants. La piscine privée était super. La villa était aménagée avec beaucoup de soin. Les hôtes étaient très sympathiques et ouverts. La boulangerie, le supermarché Spar et la pharmacie, situés à environ 1 km, étaient facilement accessibles. Nous avons fait nos gros achats à l'« Intermarché SUPER Roquebrune-Sur-Argens », situé à environ 10 minutes en voiture. Nous avons trouvé génial que la plupart des magasins soient également ouverts le dimanche. C'était un quartier très agréable et calme. Si vous aimez le calme, vous êtes au bon endroit. Nous avons été très heureux du cadeau de bienvenue.

Toller Urlaub in Frankreich

Einfach nur ein wunderbarer Urlaub gewesen...Isabelle und Bernard sind sehr nette, unkomplizierte und diskrete Gastgeber. Kommunikation per Handyübersetzer oder per e-mail problemlos gelaufen. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging sehr schnell. Wir hatten 2 wundervolle, schöne, sommerlich heiße Urlaubswochen. (wir wären gern noch länger geblieben). Im Pool abzutauchen ist himmlisch, die Kinder und der Teeni hatten ihren Spaß. 2 Klimaanlagen und 3 Zimmerventilatoren sorgen für angenehme Atmosphäre. Das großzügige Haus ist sehr liebevoll, stimmig eingerichtet und dekoriert. Es gibt genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, unser Schäferhund fand immer genug Schattenplätze. Mit Kindern ( 7, 10, 14 ) können wir den Wasser / Actionpark "Water Glisse Passion Arena Beach Lac Perrin Chemin du Lac, 83520" sehr empfehlen. Ein Ausflug dorthin ist ganztagesfüllend, für Wertsachen gibt es mietbare Schließfächer vor Ort. Gleich morgens um 10 Uhr da sein (Parkplätze). Leckeres Essen gibt es dort auch. Die Nachtmärkte der Umgebung sind ebenfalls empfehlenswert. In Cannes ist man schnell. Die langen Spieleabende draußen unter der Veranda...wunderbar. Meinem Mann (unser Küchenchef) haben SCHARFE Messer und gute, stabile Pfannen gefehlt. Eine Filter- und eine Senseo Pad Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Schöne Unterkunft in La Bouverie

Das Haus ist genauso wie in der Anzeige. Gut ausgestattet , der Pool war jeden Tag eine Erfrischung in dieser Jahreszeit trotz warmen Außentemperaturen. Die Kommunikation war mit Übersetzer Apps ok. Wir können das Haus guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Merveilleux séjour ! Isabelle et son mari étaient adorables - ils nous ont rencontrés dans la maison qui a été si appréciée après un long trajet en voiture. Il y avait une très bonne bouteille de vin dans le frigo et un joli torchon de cuisine française qu'ils nous ont offert, ce qui était si gentil. Le vin était délicieux ! Nous sommes une famille de 6 personnes (4 enfants - jusqu'aux ados) et la maison était parfaite ! Exactement comme les photos. Magnifique piscine et espace extérieur, lits confortables, tout ce dont vous avez besoin dans la maison et l'emplacement de la maison est charmant ! C'est dans une très jolie zone rurale - parfait si vous avez une voiture et que vous voulez être assez proche pour tout visiter mais aussi avoir un peu de paix à la campagne. Nous sommes descendus de Paris et lors d'excursions d'une journée, nous sommes allés à St Tropez - Monte Carlo Monaco - Nice - Cannes - Roquebrune-sur-Argens et Antibes. Isabelle et son mari ont également recommandé les Gorges du Verdon et Moustiers-Sainte-Marie qui étaient à couper le souffle ! Je ne saurais trop recommander cette villa - merci beaucoup pour ce merveilleux séjour !

Wundervolles Häuschen in gepflegter Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar mit einem kleinen Geschenk empfangen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, alles war sauber und wir haben uns aber der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. A notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par les propriétaires et nous avons fait un petit tour. L'emplacement de la maison est très calme mais très central pour de nombreuses visites sur la Côte d'Azur, mais les Gorges du Verdon peuvent également se faire lors d'une excursion d'une journée À distance de marche du centre local où l'on trouve de tout : boulangerie, supermarché, marché le samedi, terrasses, etc. Nous ne pouvons que recommander notre séjour à tout le monde !

Wundervolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben ein sehr schöne Zeit in einem wundervollen Objekt verbracht. Alles war, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben - äußerst ruhig gelegen, alles sauber und gepflegt und mit liebevoller Hand dekoriert. Von ausgedehnten Besichtigungen sind wir gerne in das Haus zurückgekehrt und haben die Vorzüge genossen. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Vermieter - sehr diskret, aber immer für ein nettes Gespräch bereit. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen!

Ein erholsamer Urlaub in schönem Ambiente

Das Vermieter-Ehepaar ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie wohnen direkt nebenan, kümmern sich um den Pool und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung, ohne dass diese Nähe das eigene Gefühl von Privatsphäre beeinträchtigt. Check-in und Check-out verliefen sehr unkompliziert, herzlichen Dank für alles! Der Garten ist wunderbar, lädt zum Verweilen ein, das Poolhaus ist besonders abends sehr schön, wenn alle Außenlichter an sind. Wir haben dort sehr schöne Stunden verbracht. Bis nach Roquebrune Einkaufszentrum sind es ca. 10 Autominuten, bis nach Roquebrune-Altstadt etwas mehr, zum Hundestrand in Aygulf fährt man ca. 23-30 Minuten, je nach Verkehrslage. Die Ortschaft "La Bouverie", in der die Unterkunft liegt, ist sehr ruhig, es gibt einen kleinen Spar (Preise dementsprechend), eine Pharmazie, 2 Bäcker und 2 Brasserien. Alles in 650m fußläufig erreichbar, sollte es nicht zu heiß sein ;-) Einziger Minuspunkt: wenn man harte Matratzen gewohnt ist, muss sich der Rücken umstellen.

schönes Haus mit Pool in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwoche in diesem Haus verbracht. An ruhiger Lage, aber mit dem Auto innert kurzer Zeit an vielen schönen Orten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können das Haus wirklich empfehlen.
