It is on 25 private acres that is 1 mile from Eden Isle, 2 miles from Heber Springs Marina and recreation area, 5 miles to Sandy Beach and 6 miles to downtown Heber Springs. This guest house is one of 3 located on the property. All have been newly renovated. This featured 1 bedroom guest house is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 smaller children looking for privacy, comfort, and easy access to the lake or just wanting to getaway from it all for a few days. The price can't be beat for what we offer here at Topside. The front pond area is great for relaxing. Feed the catfish in the stocked pond. Bring the kids bikes. Fully furnished, queen bed, and built in youth bed. Check out our other accommodations for larger group on VRBO also titled Topside. No one leaves here disappointed.
