Great Family Home in Lynn Valley

This is a 2 bedroom upper level suite, the downstairs suite is for the owners to use when they are in town.

Located in the heart of Lynn Valley, our place close to family-friendly activities, nightlife, public transport, restaurants, Lynn Valley mall, hiking, biking, skiing/snowboarding, Lynn Canyon and much more. We have a fenced yard in the back. Our home is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Our neighborhood is fairly quiet and very friendly. Access to the suite is at the front door of the house. You can park on the street. Please note this is a smoke free home and no smoking is allowed.

The neighborhood - This is a great spot for travelers that want to be close to the world class mountain bike trails of Mount Fromme or the vast number of hiking and running trails very close by . There is amazing nature here for all seasons for all different types of people including tons of great activities for children.
We are less than 1km from a shopping centre that has great restaurants, bars, groceries, library and pretty much everything may need!

Getting around - Our house is 500 m from several buses that go to Lonsdale Quay, West Vancouver, Downtown or Capilano University. We are in a very convenient location that has all the main amenities.

Great Family Vacation Home!

A beautiful home that had all the amenities we needed for our week-long stay for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The check-in process was super easy and there were no hidden chore lists, etc. that so many home rentals come with these days - it truly was a vacation! Additionally, the location is AMAZING! It is close to so many parks as well as an easy drive or even walk to the grocery store and restaurants. I wish all of our home rentals were this great!

Great Place In North Vancouver

This house was in a great neighborhood with terrific amenities for our family to use as we wished. We hope to visit again in the future, maybe when it is a little cooler and less humid as we came during a heatwave. Still a great time and had all we needed to enjoy our time there!

Great location

Went to visit friends in Vancouver and was concerned about the location but it turned out to right where most of our friends lived. The marker was close by and lots of great walks in the area.

Beautiful house , all what a familly of 4 Will needed. Situation is perfect, 20 minutes to downtown, 10 minutes to Lynn Vallée canyon, 10 to Grouse Mountain , 5 minutes to Lynn Vallée Village ( restaurant, café ... and Lynn Vallée bikes shop! ) Communication are easy with The owner. Love The place ! Thanks .
