- Living room with 4 large windows, working fireplace, exposed beams, with traditional furnishings, nicely decorated. Comfortable seating. Dining area. Espace brand new and well equipped kitchen (Cupboards, fridge freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, extractor, small household: Electric kettle and coffee maker, toaster, robot-mixer, microwave...)
- 1 Separate toilet.

Upstairs,
- 3 Bedrooms: a 10m2 living room with two 90x190 beds that may form a double. A 12,5m2 habitable room with 3 beds 90x190 including two that may form a double. A small room of 5.5 m2 with 1 bed 90x190. Storage Presence (wardrobe in the two largest), bedside, sitting ... in the three bedrooms. Equipped with new bedding mattress covers, quilts (+ blankets) and pillows. Bedding with real mattresses.

Fabulous 2 weeks in lovely location with good facilities

Spent a couple of weeks in July at the cottage with 2 teens. The cottage itself was very well equipped, with plenty of kitchen utensils, and despite 4 of us having showers after the beach, we never ran out of hot water! We asked to hire linen which was all ready for us when we arrived. The games room was a really nice option when it rained! Location is very quiet which we enjoyed, but you are 10 mins drive away from lovely sandy beaches or the nearest supermarket. All in all, we had a fabulous stay, the hosts were incredibly accommodating with our limited French and extremely helpful. Would very happily stay there again!

Great place with lots of things to do

We had a great time staying at the gite in the countryside, not far from the various beaches. The house is spacious, it has everything you need incl. lots of glasses, crockery, linen incl tea towels are provided etc. The thing that made this holiday special for our teenage bots was a trampolin and table tennis table as well as a snooker table. They had a great time and made friends with other kids staying in adjacent gites. Tge

excellent séjour en Bretagne

Séjour très agréable et reposant. La location est au calme. Elle est très bien équipée. Le cadre est bucolique et apaisant (on est entourés par les arbres). Nous avons apprécié les jeux pour les enfants, en particulier ceux en extérieur: la table de ping-pong, et surtout le trampoline, dont les enfants nous reparlent souvent!

Schöner Aufenthalt rund um Guidel

Charmante große Ferienwohnung (Gite) mit allem, was man braucht. Sauber und gepflegt. Urig. Sehr ruhig. Tischtennis, Kicker, Trampolin und sogar ein Billard (ab 18) stehen zur Verfügung. Mitten in der Natur. Mit dem Auto erreicht man viele schöne Strände und Highlights in 10 bis 30 min. Wunderbare Gegend! Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern (6 Monate und 2 Jahre) fünf wunderschöne Wochen in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Angaben zur Ausstattung entsprachen präzise den Gegebenheiten vor Ort. Die Eigentümer waren unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Nachdem wir das Alter unserer Kinder genannt hatten, wurde uns ein Kinderbett mit Matratze, ein Hochstuhl und eine Babywanne zur Verfügung gestellt; auch ein Treppengitter wurde installiert. Die Lage der Unterkunft war sensationell. Mitten in der Natur gelegen, konnten wir die Ruhe genießen, der nächste Strand war 15 Autominuten entfernt und die nächsten kleinen Städtchen konnten nach 10 Minuten ‚‚erobert‘‘ werden. Kurzum: wir haben dort einen wunderschönen Urlaub in entspannter Atmosphäre verbringen können, an den wir noch lange zurückdenken werden. Wir gehen davon aus, dass wir diese Unterkunft erneut buchen werden.

Absolute Ruhe und Entspannung garantiert

Sehr schönes Anwesen in der Natur, absolute Ruhe und Erholung sind garantiert. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation klappte gut trotz unserer eingeschränkten Französischkenntnissen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sauber mit eigenem Garten. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und auch der Strand ist schnell zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und bedanken uns herzlich bei Eliane und Ihrem Mann für die Gastfreundschaft.

Havre de paix incroyable!

Ce fut 11 journées des plus agréables.Cette ancienne maison entourée de remparts est des plus typique,elle nous propulse à une autre époque j'adore.... Elle offre tout le confort que nous souhaitions et auquel nous sommes habitués .Cuisine toute équipée ,foyer digne d'un Seigneur à l'époque ,salle de bain rénovée avec bain ,douche et bidet, lits confortables et literie top qualité. Espace terrasse à l'arrière entouré de fleurs et à l'entrée grand jardin de roses .Maison très propre et bien entretenue,Éliane a pensé à chaque détail. De cet endroit nous avons pu rayonner partout sans dépasser 2 heures de route et souvent moins que 2 heure, nous ne sommes pas habitués à ça au Québec quel plaisir. Nous avons pu visiter tellement d'endroits magnifiques , comme Quimper , Carnac ,Concarneau(la ville close) L'orient (base militaire impressionnante) Quimperié Nantes(Château des Ducs de Bretagne wow!) Pont-Aven la ville des peintres(wow!) et le plus impressionnant pour moi Quiberon (la côte sauvage qui s'étend sur 8 kms) . Éliane a pris soin de laisser beaucoup de documentation sur place restos,attractions activités. Je vous recommande fortement cet endroit .

Beautiful, tranquil and calm accommodation

We had two fabulous weeks..... The house has the benefit of being in the middle of the countryside, surrounded by woods but also close enough to the fabulous beaches of Finistere. Very well situated for Pont Aven/ Quimper etc. Very good quality accommodation and lots of space for children to run around and enjoy their surroundings (table tennis and trampoline available too.) The owners were absolutely delightful- incredibly helpful and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this gite as a place to get away from the stresses and strains of normal family life (internet is limited) whilst enjoying all that south Brittany has to offer! We will definitely be returning.

wonderful location and great hub for Southern Brittany

We enjoyed our stay in Talhouet a lot. The place is impressive and very beautiful, quiet and in the midst of a great nature. The hosts where very kind and prepared everything for us with a lot of care. We loved the flowers, the big garden and the nice interior, everything is set up with great detail. The place is big enough for 4-6 persons, the only space with some limitations is the bathroom then. The hosts live on the other side of the yard. Our neighbours were very quiet, too, so no worries there. It is also a good hub to explore the region, quick transits are possible via N165. But of course it is still some ways to drive, e.g. to the beach in Guidel-Plage it takes ~15min. We particularly enjoyed the various opportunities for easy hikes in the region with almost not other tourists at the time we were there (late June). If you like the calm sides of Brittany and would like to stay in a quiet and beautiful place, we can only recommend this appartment.

Un coin de paradis !!!

vacances merveilleuses!

Un gîte tout en raffinement et délicatesse. Nous y avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de vacances en famille. Au cœur du Morbihan ce joli gîte aménagé avec goût est bien situé, les propriétaires vous y accueillent chaleureusement. Nous avons passé une délicieuse semaine de vacances dans cette maison très bien équipée ( quasiment tout est neuf), particulièrement soignée tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur, très agréable et d'un calme incroyable... Nombreux sites touristiques à proximité, Bénodet Pont-Aven, île de Groix ( charmante escapade d'une journée), Quimperlé... Le temps nous a manqué... En plus, l'accueil est aux petits soins et les propriétaires très serviables.... Bref , nous reviendrons et conseillons vivement.... Alors un grand MERCI et .....KENAVO !

Très beau gîte, restauré avec goût, confortable, équipement en excellent état. Très calme, à quelques kilomètres des plages, et avec dans un rayon de 20/25km, de nombreuses activités intéressantes pour les petits et grands (Nous avons passé une semaine à six, avec des enfants de 8 à 13 ans) plages, balades en forêt, cité de la Voile à Lorient, Citadelle de Port Louis.... Propriétaires très chaleureux, un accueil ***** ; le gîte est très propre et les abords très bien entretenus. Nous recommandons vivement !

Merci pour ce séjour très réussi

Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans ce gite très bien aménagé, qui a le cachet des vieilles bâtisses tout en étant très confortable car très bien refait. Tous les équipements sont en excellent état quand ils ne sont pas neufs, et la taille de la cuisine est un bonheur pour cuisiner, notamment quand on vient d'un appartement parisien... Nos jumelles de 18 mois ont beaucoup aimé le jardin et le parc attenant, elles dormaient bien dans cet endroit très calme, et elles ont découvert les joies des pâtés de sable sur les belles plages autour de Guidel. Une mention spéciale à un beau lieu pour les enfants, le parc animalier du Quinquis, où elles ont adoré nourrir les animaux en liberté. Bref, un lieu de vacances que nous ne pouvons que recommander, et dont les propriétaires sont tout à fait charmants, accueillants et disponibles.
