We are located just 1 mile from downtown Post Falls. Even though the owners live in the main house which is 70' away, the home is very private and we will stay out of your "business". Both owners are Registered Nurses and work full time at their jobs and businesses. The guest home has one queen size bed, gas fireplace, air-conditioning, washer/dryer, covered back porch and a flat-screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Free DISH and wireless internet.

My husband and I stayed at Jim's beautiful cottage for the summer and couldn't have found a more perfect location. Not only did we have a beautiful view out on the back patio but the cottage itself was just about perfect for the two of us. We had everything we needed and more...way more. The cottage was very well stocked and had every amenity you could want. The air conditioner was so nice to have during the hotter days, an added plus for us was the garage, nice to be able to get our vehicle out of the weather. We love to walk and it was great to be able to walk down the driveway and take off walking in any direction, we saw deer and wild turkey almost daily on our walks. Another plus was being so close to Post Falls for shopping and to Spokane where our children and grandchildren live, Coeur d'Alene was close too. Jim and his wife have the perfect place here and they are very accommodating, you can't go wrong by staying at their lovely cottage, we are going to miss it.
A Great Getaway!
Five stars! A peaceful mountain cottage. Deer visits in the evening. Spacious kitchen with granite and stainless. Tastefully decorated. Highly recommend.
