Renovated apartment on the first line of Levante beach, Benidorm, with direct access from the building to the beach. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

87 m² accommodation furnished with taste and modern, with panoramic views of the sea and bay.



It has a lift, high-speed internet access via fibre (wifi), air conditioning and heating by heat pump, seasonal community swimming pool, 2 ceiling fans in bedrooms, 2 Smart TV televisions, hairdryer, iron and garage in the same building.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, water boiler and juicer.



- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 62, ground floor Torre Principado, commercial name BenidormBooking, just in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is retained on credit/debit card as a guarantee or cash alternatively.

- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)

- Check out before 11:00h

A very bright spacious apartment with stunning views and excellent location.

The view was stunning and windows are great to open and making it very light. It is a great sized apartment with plenty of storage space. The mattress in main bedroom was very comfortable. Nothing really as couldn’t fault the property, but if we were to be picky then there was a lot of dust underneath the beds and upstairs neighbours were very noisy.

Great views in comfortable apartment

Great views out over the beach and sea. Lovely to look out at any time of the day. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen had everything needed. Keys pick up was straightforward. Office down the road was open til 12 at night and I checked in and paid deposit online beforehand. All very good. Nothing to complain about.

Fab apartment in central location

Fab location Spotlessly clean, Modern Large apartment which was generally quiet (February) Communication was good. Staff at office in Benidorm very friendly and helpful Good facilities in apartment and everything worked!!! Nice to have wine, water and coffee pods and condiments but would have preferred some more basics. (soap, dishwasher tabs) Only negative was one small sachet of washing up liquid is not sufficient and no soap for handashing. Having a dishwasher is pointless in apartment if you don't provide dishwasher tablets - no one is taking these on holiday through customs!!! We bought washing up liquid and kitchen towels which would also have been useful. Shower gel and shampoo was available in showers but no soaps at any sinks.
