Casa Cigala is a very impressive property consisting of three free-standing buildings located just outside of the charming town of Santa Eularia. This stunning villa is located on the ocean front and surrounded by panoramic sea views.
PLEASE NOTE:
-This property can be rented as 7 or 8 bedrooms, that's why you will come across different listings of this same villa.
-Get a discount for stays of 6 or more nights. Please inquire.
An impressive villa, completely private and frontline to the sea on the outskirts of Santa Eulalia, within a 25 minute walk of the town centre and with direct access to the sea front.
Consisting of 2 separate buildings with a total of 8 bedrooms all with their own private bathroom, sleeping 16
people, this property has a fully equipped kitchen, separate laundry room, extremely generous living space and is
set within beautiful and well-maintained tropical gardens. The typical Ibizincan architecture is combined with
Moroccan elements that make it a truly charming property.
All bedrooms and living rooms are fully air-conditioned. There’s a large TV and free wi-fi internet.
The extensive outdoor area includes several terraces on 2 levels, large outdoor dining table, large swimming pool
with diving board, Argentinian barbecue, fish pond and several chill-out areas enabling guests to totally relax. A
highlight is the unique and magnificent domed ceiling Moroccan-style pool house with bathroom facilities.
There is also a Bali house to escape the midday sun or to enjoy an evening drink overlooking the pool.
The villa is also an ideal location for events, yoga retreats and business meetings or seminars due to the layout and
the independent entrances to guest rooms away from the main house.
**The villa owners may occasionally rearrange furniture or make changes to the interior details without prior notice. As a result, the villa may appear slightly different from the photos.
There is a Tourist tax of €2.20 per person, per night to be collected separately by the host, 6 weeks before arrival. For arrivals that are less than six weeks, tourist tax will be collected once the booking is confirmed.
CHECK-IN
Leaving the airport, please call us and we will meet you at the villa to check you in, and check the passport to confirm the identity of the person who has made the property booking and signed the booking pack. At the same time, we will take any outstanding payments and answer any questions.
The fees regarding out of hours check in/check out are as per our terms and conditions.
Our working hours are 8am – 8pm, for arrivals and departures not within these hours, the following surcharges apply:
Check-in/out between 8pm - 11pm - 50 Euros
Check-in/out between 11pm - 6am - 70 Euros
Check-in/out between 6 am -8 am – 50 euros
These charges are not for you to extend your holiday stay; they are for our team members to meet you at the property outside of our working hours.
All these payments are paid on arrival at the villa.
PLEASE NOTE:
*The number of living rooms and kitchens are available depending on how many bedrooms you book.
*If bookings are 2 weeks or more, then an extra cleaning is necessary every 7 days and the payment is extra on top of the advertised price.
*The gardens are maintained between 8am and 1 pm.
*For non Airbnb bookings, there is a security Deposit of €4000 is due 2-3 days before arrival via pre-authorization.
Any events that have more people than the guests in the villa and/or have outside suppliers coming to the villa must be confirmed first as there will be extra service fees for this.
All rubbish must be taken out, any big bags of rubbish left will be charged 30 euros + vat per bag.
