Amazing sunset views

Great value, the house not modern and we had some issues in the bathroom, communication with the host is not the best. But I would recommend this house, this is the best views you will get in Ibiza, sunsets are amazing. It is a bit far from downtown, but not too bad. Overall great experience if you value the views.

We absolutely loved our stay at the beautiful house on the beautiful island! The modern house has a stunning view of the ocean and amazing infinity pool. A fantastic house for large groups with plenty of generous bedrooms and living spaces.

Amazing stay

We had a great stay at Can Avy, Antonio allowed us to check in early and we were helped with our bags when we arrived which made everything so much easier as there was 16 of us. The views were 10/10 and the villa so lovely with everything you needed. Signal wasn't great around the area so recommend to pre-book taxis as we did but all very simple. Would definitely come back to stay here- we loved it!

Lovely stay

The stay again brought us nice energy and beautiful sunsets! The house is perfect. Hope the wifi will improve because downstairs there is no wifi. Antonio is the best! Also the maintenance man Filipe directly helps if needed!

Wonderful home for a family vacation

We had an amazing time in Antonio's home in Ibiza. The property is a pictured on VRBO.The rooms are very comfortable, all with AC and most have views of the ocean, Antonio was very responsive to any messages and requests. We had an issue with the hot water but he did his best to resole it as soon as he could. We would definitively come back.

A wonderful place in a spectacular setting

The house is set in a a hill overlooking the ocean with magnificent views that constantly invite you to relax and enjoy. The house is more that what I expected in a truly ibizenco style, roomy and with all the amenities that we needed. We had a spectacular time celebrating my birthday and the new year among friends and look forward to repeat a stay at this wonderful place in the future. Daniel and Antonio where always available and attended to our requests promptly and efficiently.

16 people stay 21-25 April

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this villa, the pictures do not do it justice! The shared spaces were huge & there was more than enough room for everyone. Great views & a lovely outdoor space by the pool. The host was easy to contact if needed. A hire car or arranged transport is definitely required but we found that fairly straightforward to prebook. Would definitely recommend staying in this villa!! Thank you Antonio :)

Such a great villa

We had an amazing stay. Such a beautiful spot. Its a remote area of the island but everything is reachable by taxi or car. We were left alone to do our thing and had a fantastic time. Every time we walked outside we felt blessed by the view, absolutely gorgeous. There isn't really any phone signal and unfortunately, a storm had taken out the wifi whilst we were there. If connectivity is super important to you that could be an issue but we really enjoyed switching off from everything

What a view!

We had a fabulous holiday! The pool is lovely & the view is amazing! The villa was large enough for us 12 girls. It’s a bit out of the way but we had a lovely taxi driver Emanuel who took us wherever we needed to go. I spoke to Carlos about some improvements to update the villa & he said he will make changes for next year. We would love to come back!

House disappointing and not ready to receive guests

We were a group of 13 women, arrived for some nice rest and pleasant visit to a beautiful Island. The view indeed amazing. But during our 5 holidays there was a lot of unrest, since the house caused a lot of displeasure. The swimming pool we could not use for 3 of the days, because it was too dirty and needed proper treatment, the electricity failed every now and then at critical moments, bedrooms that cause a danger to our health (black mold), water that was missing at critical moments and the general poor state of cleanliness in general.

Dear Natalia, As you know it was a not expected probelm in the electicity power for the house. We really apologices about these! It was the 1st time and only time in 17 years that we run the villa. It was fixed wile you where in the villa after a day, and we are really very sorry! The problem was with the pool purifier fail and created the problem, but we fixed in 24 hours . We are sorry that after all yoru stay, you can give us these review for a not expected problem than can happend anytiem. In any case, we respect, and we apreciate and thanks for yoru stay with us! Ibiza special hideaway

Having spent a lovely week in Ibiza the villa was the idea place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings ! Very spacious in size the beds were comfortable plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for our party of 10 .Antonio the owner was very helpful dealing with all my queries swiftly from sorting out a cook to provide us lunch one day at the villa , recommending local restaurants to eat at ? Giving us tips to grocery shop at the bigger supermarkets that offer better pricing than the local places which proved good advice ! Dealing with taxis was also a very useful asset as it can be hard finding them without being in the know . On a slight down side some of the bathroom are suffering with a bit of lime scale buildup and could do with a bit of TLC ? But overall a lovely place to stay if your looking for a quite restful holiday on this most beautiful side of the island it would be hard to find a better villa !! Many thanks to all those who looked after us !!

Not off season

View is amazing but only three bedrooms in the main house. You have to exit the house and go varying distances to get to the other bedrooms. Most rooms had twin beds except the two bedrooms in the main house and one other bedroom. The house is not suitable in the winter if the heat is not put on the day before. Some rooms did not have blankets. The kitchen had one old coffee maker which took 40 minutes to brew. We had to buy soap for bathrooms, salt and pepper. No basics provided. The dishwasher broke after one use and electricity went out three times due to incorrect wiring. Washing dishes by hand for a group was not how we wanted to spend vacation. It is a 30 minute drive to town unless you are familiar with the roads. We made the trip 8 times and never made it in under 30 minutes. Washing machine stained clothes. No bbq due to safety which is a shame because it would have relieved electrical demands in the kitchen. Kitchen table seats 16 which was great. Wifi was spotty and only worked in main house on main floor. The hot water system is deficient for large groups, the water tank allows for at most one or 2 showers before the hot water runs out. The premises and windows were dusty and dirty, particularly the floors which hadn't been washed or swept throughout. - overall, the villa is in need of a thorough cleaning. Staff were very responsive and tried to help with issues as they arose. Owner was responsive on WhatsApp but ultimately we were disappointed.

We are sorry in these dates new year day where so cold and you had these feeling, winter in ibiza is humity and the villas are prepare but i belive if it is rainign and cold is not as nice as in summer. Sorry about these. The villa has a nesspreso for the coffe and we check and was in the storage of the kitchen, i do nto underestand way you did not see. We are sorry but we offer complementary one shoap on arrival, when you rent the vill ayou need to buy all personal shampoo and food. We will see for next year to add these for new arrivals, thanks for the sugestion. Wiffi is geting improve these january in the area, we are so happy to conform these. We been all tiem suporting you and giving you all our help, on arrival, we bring you to shop to help you and we did help you with complementary late arrival, we hoper you enjoyed the stay in the end, and we hope to welcoem you back in our home in summer so you can see the paradise of the hosue and area. we send you all the best

¡Un Hogar Perfectamente Equipado para Disfrutar en Compañía!Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue maravillosa y muy cómoda, ideal para un viaje familiar con niños y amigos. La propiedad está diseñada pensando en la convivencia y el ocio, y realmente se nota en cada rincón.Puntos fuertes, la cocina ,el salón y las diferentes terrazas, son espectaculares,amplios, luminosos y perfectamente equipados. Pudimos cocinar y cenar todos juntos sin sentirnos apretados, lo cual es esencial cuando viaja un grupo grande. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario y el salón era muy acogedor para las noches de juegos.Mención especial merecen las numerosas terrazas. ¡Eran geniales! Había mesas y sillas en abundancia, lo que nos permitió elegir dónde desayunar, tomar el sol o disfrutar de un café por la tarde. Esto ofrece una gran flexibilidad y espacio para que cada uno encuentre su sitio.Y cómo no? Antonio!! El anfitrión ,gracias a él todo ha sido cercano y sencillo,desde principio a fin pendiente y atento con nuestras peticiones.Volveremos.

A place to get lost

A place to get lost, We are looking for a very special house where we can celebrate after these two years a vacation with friends. We looked for many houses and we found this one that we loved. The truth is that it is much more beautiful and wonderful than it seemed in the photos. The service and treatment of the owner it is the best we highly recommend that you have the opportunity to get to know this magical house thank you very much we will be back very soon. Excelente , una semana fantástica

La casa es maravillosa , todo la decoración está pensada al detalle , la cocina es muy cómodisima para cocinar con la familia ,vino un chef italiano a cocinarnos y le encantó lo moderna y grande que es . han sido unos días estupendos y repetiremos pronto . Teresa no ayudó mucho con los niños y la limpieza muchas gracias . Nunca podremos olvidar estas vistas y momentos tan bonitos con nuestros hijos en esta casa la casa es muy recomendable . Gracias

Amazing views!

The Villa was amazing. The views are the best. Sunsets are amazing. We stayed there with couples/friends and the villa was the perfect place. The rooms are spread out so everybody can have privacy if they need but the pool area and kitchen and living room are a common space that bring everybody together. The area is beautiful. You can start hiking to a Cala from the house and explore the nature. The area around the house is calm and off the party scene but since Ibiza is rather small you can get anywhere with a car in 30 min. The pictures really can’t represent the true beauty of this amazing house. The landlord was there for us in case we needed something also the staff living close by was always in reach when we had questions. The only downside of the house is that there is no reception, and wifi is not amazing if you need to work but besides that everything was above expectations.

Just 15 minutes walk from the city of Ibiza and its famous harbours you will find the one and only Bay of Talamanca. The perfect blue-water beaches and its privileged location promising sun all day long are not its only attractions. The true magic occurs at dusk. In fact it is said that from this bay you can enjoy the best sunsets on the whole island and the amazing views of the city of Dalt Vila.
The beautiful Talamanca Bay is located only 15 minutes on foot away from Ibiza and the main seaports of the Island. Its spectacular clear water beaches offer a unique landscape, from which we can enjoy the best sunset of Ibiza Along the Talamanca bay, its visitors can choose among a large variety of restaurants and bars, and find a whole range of small traditional shops, supermarkets, banks ...

This brand new and modern design house is located in Talamanca, in one of the most exclusive residential compounds of Ibiza Island. The house is 340m2.The space is split into 4 suite bedrooms, each equipped with their own bathroom, marble floors, built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and television with canal plus. There is no problem in terms of parking as the grounds have 2 parking. Furthermore the house has 24hour security, an alarm connected to the police,60 surveillance cameras and 60,000m2 of fenced land. In addition there is also a 1,600m2 infinity pool: a zone of complete relaxation surrounded by sun loungers from which you can enjoy the magical sunsets. It is located just 3 metres from the beach and is very close to the promenade. Just 5 minutes walk to Ibiza town and sea port.
