This beautifully renovated, centrally located air conditioned vacation rental with private parking is an incredible mix of the traditional and modern, and its two bedrooms are just the right size for a small family, two couples traveling together or one couple wining, dining and sightseeing their way through an Italian honeymoon.



After a day out in the city, let the elevator whisk you up to Casa Graziella's 2nd floor apartment and step onto a private terrace overlooking the peaceful urban garden for a glass of wine as the sun goes down. In the evenings, unwind in front of the TV and Wi-Fi. This Lucca luxury apartment is both heated and air conditioned for your comfort on cool winter days or during hot Italian summers.



This luxury property was given a complete makeover by Graziella, owner and designer, and the results are spectacular: a mix of Italian antiques and sleek modern furnishings in rooms, a bespoke massive marble shower and master bathroom. Gather in the open-concept living and dining room, or spend a quiet moment in the more intimate reading and TV lounge. The separate kitchen is a fully equipped, thoughtfully designed contemporary space with a dining table.



Both bedrooms at Casa Graziella have king beds and with quality towels and linens. Whether you’ve spent the day walking the corridors of museums or lingering over a freshly scooped gelato, you’ll appreciate being able to slip between the beds’ linens at the end of it.



The lovely urban garden that houses the apartment is less than 150 metres from the Walls of Lucca and a 5-minute walk from the Lucca Train Station and Bus Terminal. With the Via Fillungo, Torre Guinigi, Piazza San Michele, Cathedral, San Giovanni, Puccini Concerts all within a 10-minute walk, you’ll have no trouble ticking off the must-sees of Lucca.



Having your own private parking at the apartment CASA GRAZIELLA will allow you to discover the surrounding areas in complete freedom: within a short drive from your luxurious downtown Lucca apartment, you’ll have access to dozens of Tuscany’s most famous sites, like Cinque Terre (60 mins drive), Florence (35 mins drive), La Spezia (50 mins drive), Pisa (20 mins drive), San Gimignano (50 mins drive), Volterra (50 mins drive), Bolgheri (60 mins drive), Montecatini Terme (20 mins drive), Livorno (30 mins drive), Siena (70 mins drive), Chianti wine Country (45 mins drive). Convenient location for everything, quiet , friendly locals. We had a relaxing week. Didn’t use the balcony as it was very small, the table and chairs were rusty and the air conditioning unit very noisy.

Clean, bright and close to the trains!

We loved our stay at this apartment! Monaco was great to work with and communicated well. This venue was within walking distance of the Lucca train station and close to downtown Lucca, we really enjoyed our stay.

Comfortable and quiet apartment in a wonderful location

This apartment was in a quiet location and quiet building just outside the walls with easy access by foot to the city as well as to groceries. We were able to rent bikes within easy walking distance as well as take some wonderful hikes in the surrounding area.

Great location!

Beautiful apartment, clean and so close to the center of Lucca. I do wish they had supplied a couple of extra toilet rolls and laundry detergent.

This place is centrally located and has lots of shops and restaurants close by. It has a parking space, important for traveller with a car. Very clean, spacious and quite. Kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Stay in Lucca

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. A stone throw to the walls, this was the perfect location for a stay in Lucca. It was close to the train and bus stations. All needed was close by—the grocery store, pharmacy, cafeterias, pizzeria, etc, etc. The apartment was very comfortable and well stocked. The help from the concierge was fabulous. I really can’t imagine having stayed in any different place.

Loved our stay in Lucca!

This apartment fit our needs perfectly. It is well appointed, clean and quiet. Sonia and Cristina were gracious hosts and responded quickly to our inquiries. The walk to the walls of Lucca is quick and the street offers everything you need for your stay. There are bakeries, meat and produce markets, even a pharmacy and hardware store. I hope to return soon and would not hesitate to book this wonderful apartment again!

Overall an extremely relaxing and good experience.

The flat was exactly as anticipated, spacious and luminous and very clean. It is very well situated, just outside the city walls and a short walk from the historic center of Lucca. It’s a perfect place to be if one wishes to visit a many of Tuscany’s beautiful locations and also enjoy the nearby beaches. The private parking makes it easy to come and go and if one does not have a car, the train station is just down the road. We were met by Manuel for check in and she was extremely responsive and helpful whenever we had any questions.

Great location - apartment just as described.

As title suggests, apartment is just as described - very comfortable & in great location. Helpful communication before we arrived. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone thinking of staying in Lucca Only issue we had was on check-in. We had arranged a time to meet at the apartment to get access but were left waiting in the heat for about 40 minutes with cases after a long day travelling. Not the best start, but the only downside to our experience at Casa Graziella.

Such a beautiful apartment just outside the walls of Lucca

Such a beautiful apartment just outside the walls of Lucca and within easy walking distance of everything you need - cafes, local shops, restaurants etc. Having a parking space was really useful and being so close to the coast means you can explore Lucca as well as beach towns nearby. The apartment is immaculately clean with plenty of storage and lovely views. It's very cosy and comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Small lift also great for pram /shopping / luggage. Communication was great - we requested a cot for our toddler and though it wasn't there on arrival, a brand new travel cot was dropped off within a few hours. We would highly recommend and hope to return!

Lucca is a beautiful town

We had a very good time in the apartment. It has the best possible location. The train station is five blocks away (about 8 min walk). We had a car, so the parking was essential. So we could make day trips to many wonderful towns in this part of Tuscany, and use trains to go to Florence, Pisa and some other places where parking is a problem, very convenient. Lucca is a beautiful town, but we prefer to stay in more open and light place, than in narrow and dark streets of old town - totally our personal preference. No problems with check-in, Chiara was very informative, professional and friendly. Five min walk to the wall. There are a lot of good restaurants , several supermarkets inside the wall.

Estancia familiar para visitar la Toscana de diez

Ha sido maravilloso estar en este apartamento para llevar a cabo nuestro sueño de visitar la Toscana. Estar en Lucca era como volver a casa todos los días, una ciudad encantadora y a un paso del apartamento. Tener parking era estupendo, la urbanización muy tranquila y ambiente totalmente familiar. Fue muy cómoda la entrada y salida. Para mí, a pesar de mi 5 estrellas en la valoración, no quiero que el apartamento se vea perjudicado por este comentario porque verdaderamente es ideal, pero creo que ya es hora de que se planteen un cambio en ambos colchones. Están ya muy perjudicados y no son los colchones que este apartamento se merece. Una última sugerencia, si no es mucho trabajo, las recomendaciones están en inglés impresas en el apartamento y no estaría nada mal que también estuvieran en español. Nada más, gracias por todo y gracias a Elisabeth por su acogida a nuestra llegada.

Ein eigener Parkplatz in umzäuntem Gebiet für Lucca ist wertvoll. Alles Technische funktionierte in der Wohnung einwandfrei.

Excellent Lucca apartment

This is an elegant apartment in a great location just a short walk to the walled city with it’s many restaurants and shops. Very comfortable for Two couples. I would highly recommend this place !
