Rustic semi-detached house "Casa nel Bosco & Casa del Pittore", 300 m a.s.l., semi-detached. In the district of Arolo 2.3 km from the centre of Leggiuno, in an elevated position on a slope, 150 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the woods. For shared use: natural state property with trees. 800 m long narrow motor access to the house (via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Width of access road: 210 cm. Supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, railway station "Sangiano" 2.9 km, shingle beach 3 km, rocky beach 130 m (small), grass beach "Arolo" 1.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 13 km. Nearby attractions: Varese 17 km, Santa Caterina del Sasso 3 km, Angera 15 km. Please note: car recommended. The beach in approx. 130 m distance is a beach with rocks and stones. Access via a natural forest trail, partly steep.
