Great little chalet , fabulous with everything we needed . The beaches are stunning & we visited the Sandown animal sanctuary too and walked from the chalet . We had a wonderful few days here .
Unfortunately we had problems adjusting the shower (either very cold or really hot) Sitting room blind broken
when we arrived. Apart from that the chalet was great, clean very well equipped

We leave information in every property asking guests to contact us if there is a problem, so that we can then resolve the problem. If you had contacted us about the shower and blind, we could have checked it and if necessary, replaced them. That's what we do.
The property was in a lovely location perfect for dogs & young families close to all the amenities and beach with nice cross areas for the children to play.
Unfortunately the accommodation was not clean the cupboards dirty with crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils and pans needing to be throughly washed before use!
A bonus was the washing machine but unfortunately no washing line which was on the floor at the back of the property outside the bathroom window.
One of the beds had been slept in with the sheet visibility marked, on removing the bedding on departure we were shocked at how marked & soiled the pillows were (no pillow protectors) duvet should be binned!
Settee was extremely uncomfortable to sit on and no internet connection.
Has everything needed for a short stay. Bonus it takes dogs but would be wiser to have hard flooring in the living area as taking dog for a walk, conscious of leaving marks on carpet. Good secure outside veranda. Only downside was no wi-fi and we needed access due to the nature of our stay.
