Self catering flat, parking, 4 min walk beach, 3 min shops. Car ferry discount.

Small ground floor self contained flat ideal for a couple or couple and 2 children. (not a party pad, no smoking anywhere on the premises please) This apartment consists of two 12’x12’ rooms and an ensuite shower room. There is a twin sofa bed (2 side by side singles, ideal for siblings) please do not let children operate this. Consider how much space you will need before booking. All bedding and towels provided including seperate beach towels. Near to Sandown Beach and Pier. Bus stop approx 50 meters away. Private entrance at the back of the house with patio garden and garden furniture. Furniture cushions are not waterproof. If used, please put cushions in the box at night and the cover back on the parasol. (Sea mist and sea gulls are not a good combination!) The patio garden is shared with a family member who lives in the flat over my kitchen, he is mostly out at work) Parking provided. Kitchenette/lounge with full size oven/grill, large microwave, 2 ring hob, toaster and kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment, washer/dryer and twin sofa bed. Central heating. Starter pack provided inc tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, bread, jams & marmite, cereal, milk and condiments. (Gluten free and Vegan cereal and gluten free biscuits available, please ask in advance.). Discounted car ferry booking service available, at least 25% off standard car rates with Wightlink, less discount with Red Funnel. Please arrange this well in advance of your sailing as discounted rates are limited and subject to availability. Please also note that the current government has added a £3 tax per return journey to ferry transport to the IOW. Car reg and make needed. No smoking, vaping or candles anywhere at this property please. The alarm system is for carbon monoxide as well as fire/smoke. If booking through Expedia, please download the Vrbo app for ease of communication with the host. Please check in by 7pm. Please note that the owner lives in the main part of the house.

Lovely clean flat, with parking space exactly as described. It was in just the right location very close to the beach and shops but was also very quiet. Relaxing courtyard area. Overall it was amazing quality for money. Would definitely go again.

This property is fabulous! It is spotlessly clean and comfortable, is in a quiet, residential area of Sandown, a very short walk from the beach, shops and pier, and is well equipped with teas/ coffee, cereals, butter/spreads, jams - not to mention the games, local info publications, beach equipment… the list goes on and on, as Ally has made it a real home from home.

Ally has a lovely property close to town centre and beach area. The property is beautifully equipped with breakfast cereals, snacks, hot drink, your host even contacts you about your preferences of bread and milk. It is clean, neat and comfy. Ally is an excellent host.

Great place to stay

Lovely little flat, clean and modern and close to everything. Bread and milk provided on arrival as well as plentiful supply of tea, coffee, biscuits, cereals and jams. Host was lovely and showed us around everything. Easy check in and out and great communication.

An absolutely perfect holiday stay. Beautifully equipped, lots of those special finishing touches that really help. Like snacks, hot drinks, milk, breakfast cereals. Absolutely spotless, really comfy bed. I had the very best holiday.

A lovely apartment, short walk to beach and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfortable and Ally is a superb host. The patio is a fabulous sun trap, perfect for relaxing after exploring the island. I would definitely return

Lovely apartment

Lovely modern and comfortable appartment, the host was very wecolming. Added extras of bread, milk, cereals and more. I would definitely recommend this accomodation. In an ideal location with excellent parking facilities.

The apartment was excellent. everything you needed for a self catering break. Tv in the bedroom and lounge, lovely shower and comfortable bed. Suntrap patio and only a 5 min walk to the beach. Ally has thiught of everything for your stay especially with the welcome pack of milk, bread, cereals and all the condiments. Would definitely stay again. 10 out of 10

I fell in love with the Isle of Wight when I used to come every year with one of my schools. We still meet up when they come over.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Sunny patio garden, close to the beach and high street but in a quiet area. Discounted ferry, usually at least 25% off standard car ferry price with Wightlink depending on time of year and which service used. Parking at the property. Please note that I live in the main house and a family member lives in the flat over my kitchen. He is mostly out at work but needs access through the patio garden which is also his garden.
