Parking is available directly on-site for small cars approximately 20 metres from the house, while larger or higher-suspension vehicles may use the parking area located approximately 150 metres away. Please be aware that access to the property is via a steep concrete ramp of approximately 180 metres in width, followed by a short gravel path, and is not suitable for low-suspension cars. A stepped path with 3 steps leads directly to the entrance of the cottage. A car is strongly recommended for guests staying at this property.

A raised ground floor corridor features an additional wood stove. The property also benefits from a terrace equipped with terrace furniture and 2 deck chairs, offering a very beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains.
