This villa has two bedrooms, a large living room-dining room combination, and a modern, eat-in kitchen. It is conveniently located in the village of Nesso, midway between the city of Como and the beautiful town of Bellagio, this comfortable, charming villa boasts magnificent views of Lake Como from all windows, and is within easy reach of a variety of restaurants, shopping, hiking, and other places on the Lake. Enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine on the wrap-around balcony, take a boat ride to the famous Villas Carlotta and Balbianello, or plan a day trip to Milano or Lugano.

We have install ceiling fans in the 2 bedrooms and a big central fan in the living room.

Persons who book for 4 days or more pay a cleaning fee on 50 euro.
Persons who book for a week and more pay 50 euro cleaning fee per week.

Please leave 1 day between reservations.

Spacious and well equipped property in a delightful location with great views from the balcony. Conveniently placed halfway between Como and Bellagio with a regular bus service on the doorstep and a great little grocery shop within walking distance. Absolutely no need for a car although anyone with mobility issues should bear in mind that the roads and cobbled streets of Nesso are challengingly steep!

The house is very nice and fully equipped. It has a nice balcony to enjoy the scenery. It has an ample size private parking lot. Although address is easily accessible, GPS doesn't help you to find it easily. I followed host's directions. I am attaching a google map picture to show where to exist from main road to get to the house. There is a mini market in walking distance.

Get Apartment with view of Lake

This was a great apartment. The views of the lake are fantastic and we really enjoyed sitting and have a glass of wine in the evenings. There was a wonderful restaurant next door. Be aware that the roads from Como are very narrow if you are going to drive and it is a 30-40 minute drive. There is a bus stop right outside so it was easy to get to Como and Bellagio.

Spectacular views!

Great apartment for our family. Can’t believe how beautiful the view of Lake Como was from this place. The location is in Nesso which is half way between Como and Bellagio. We made this house as our base and made day trips which gave us a nice balance of being tourists during the day and enjoying a very peaceful view in the evenings. There is a bus stop near the apartment.

Lake Como Beauty

We loved our stay in the charming Nesso area. The villa was beautiful with stunning views of Lake Como. There was plenty of room for our group of four, with beautiful views from most rooms and a large kitchen for food prep. Check-in was easy, would highly recommend.

Fabulous Nesso stay

This is a wonderful traditional apartment with all the comforts you will need. The views are breathtaking. There is parking for a car but leave it there and catch the bus from the bottom of the driveway. It will save the stress of driving on the very narrow road. The ferry is a steep path downhill but catch a bus back and you won’t have to worry about the climb back. There is a great bar/cafe across the road and a very nice restaurant 100 metres away. We loved our time here and highly recommend it.

Amazing views

Lovely property, in great area. In need of updating, but comfortable with everything you need. Had some great meals on the balcony. Ferry to lots of places on lake 10mins walk away.

Great villa with great view.

We had a lovely stay in this Villa in the heart of Nesso. From the amazing view to the spacious rooms to the ample parking we could not have been happier. John the owner communicated well and his cousin Diego who manages the property was always kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Can’t recommend it enough!

We absolutely loved our stay at this Nesso villa. Photos don’t do it justice. With sweeping views across Lake Como, our 5 night stay was like paradise. The location was ideal for us, we did many hikes around Nesso and loved being outside the main tourist area. The fully equipped kitchen was just want we needed, and meant we enjoyed a lot of meals on the balcony soaking up the view.

An enchanting experience in a wonderful town

The property is a very authentic, older Italian house with a great deck, large windows and unbeatable views of the lake. It has all the conveniences of home. The local property manager is there to make sure all goes well without being obtrusive in any way. Recommend this home as a great place to explore the lake particularly for longer stays.

My wife, 3 year old son and I all really enjoyed our stay in Nesso. It was a peaceful town to stay in with a short walk to the market and waterfall and there was a private place to park. It is also located right next to the bus stop if wanting to go to Como or Bellagio by bus instead of driving. Nesso was a great place to stay since easy to get to Como and Bellagio and then ferries from there with or without a car. The host was very responsive to inquiries and accommodating. We had a wonderful trip at our home away from home and hope to go visit again in the future!

Lovely

We loved staying in this beautiful place. Roomy apartment, huge kitchen, big comfortable living room, beautiful views of the lake, large verandah, parking, and best of all, it's location with Nesso at the bottom of the driveway. We stopped in at the bar every afternoon for Aperatif, had dinner at the local restaurant and at the pizzaria walking distance up the hill. The bus stops at the bottom of the driveway, there is a little market a bit further past the bar and the ferry stop is a 10 minute walk farther down the hill.

Stunning property stunning location

A friend and I stayed here for 10 days in September this year. The accommodation was superb. The owner was away at the time but his brother Diago was there to show us around and answer any queries we had. The view WOW I could have spend the whole holiday relaxing on the balcony enjoying the view. The bar across the road was very friendly and Sonia was very helpful. Half way between Como and Bellagio with regular buses made it an ideal base. 2 apps that were given to us MOOVIT and ROME2RIO were very helpful with timetables for every transport you needed, give them a try. I can’t praise this place high enough Brilliant holiday

Wonderful stay

We had a great time in Nesso. The house is very comfortable, well appointed and clean with large bedrooms and principal rooms. It is also easy to find and convenient to bus stops. Parking is easy if you have a car although we don't think you need a car to enjoy this place. The views from the rooms and the terrace are beautiful and we enjoyed hiking around the village and in the surrounding hills. It was easy to take the local bus for day trips to Bellagio and Como. Also we arrived by boat from Como which was ended up being a wonderful tour of the lake. One word of caution - there are steep stairs or a longer trail from the boat dock to the main road where the house is located, so I would not recommend arriving by boat to anyone with mobility concerns.

Fabulous

Just fabulous! The location of the apartment is amazing. The view of the lake is stunning. The apartment is traditional and has everything we needed and is clean and comfortable. Even during the hot weather it is possible to keep it cool and comfortable with the shutters and lake breeze. We spent most of our down time on the balcony just enjoying the afternoon sun and the view. Parking is great which in that area is a bonus. The village of Nesso is delightful and it is great not always having to go in the car. From the apartment it is a 2 min walk to a bar/cafe for breakfast/coffee/drinks and we walked to 2 restaurants, the gelateria and a pizza bar during our stay. We definitely hope to return!

Beautiful villa in an ideal location

Beautiful villa with an incredible view of the lake. Ideal location for a stay in the lake region - halfway between Como and Bellagio. Easy car or bus trips (about 30 minutes to either), also a ferry stop just a couple of hundred meters from the apartment. Easy car trips to Lugano, Ghisallo, or any of the other beautiful towns in the region. Nesso is a small town with a couple of restaurants and bars. It is ideal if you like the quiet of a small town; the locals are very friendly. It was perfect for us as we enjoyed busy days in Como, Bellagio, and Lugano or on the lake doing the tourist thing but we had quiet evenings watching the sun set over the lake and then having a nice dinner in the apartment or Tre Rose down the street. The apartment is well appointed, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We couldn't have been happier and recommend this property highly.

Comfortable spacious apartment with the most amazing view

We had a good stay in October with our children in this well equipped and homely apartment. Lots of bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, WiFi, washing machine and patio furniture for meals on the balcony with the most amazing view. The photos don't do this place justice... the kitchen / dining room is spacious and there is a separate living / dining room too. Also a bathroom with bath and shower and a further separate toilet. The steep driveway is slightly terrifying but you get used to it! The owners cousin lives next door and was on hand for any minor issues but not obtrusive at all. The owner John was quick to respond to messages too. Nesso has a couple of small shops, bar opposite, bank and cafe with gelato over the gorge. Bellagio is 20 mins by car and Como 30 mins. The ferry stop is a 10 min walk. The whole area is stunningly beautiful! Thank you John!
