This floor includes 3 double bedrooms, one of which benefits from an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC. The remaining 2 double bedrooms on this level share a dedicated bathroom also equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen on this floor is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
