HUA HIN is a favourite beach resort year-round for both Thai and international visitors. The town has retained its traditional charm, but has also developed all the modern facilities required by visitors.

GETTING HERE
We can arrange your transfers from/to Bangkok city or airports by private minivan or taxi. Guests will be met at the airport or their hotel and transferred directly to Hua Hin.

GETTING AROUND
The best way to get about the town is with the local Baht Buses which leave every few minutes from nearby Seacraze and run all the way into downtown Hua Hin, passing the main shopping centres on the way. Just ring the bell when you want off. The cost is just 10 to 15 Baht per person. Inexpensive taxis and tuk-tuks are also readily available.

BEACHES
Apart from the nearby Hua Hin and Khao Takiab beaches there are many other beautiful and often deserted beaches to explore all along the coastline. Many offer water sports, restaurants serving the freshest seafood, Thai massage and manicure, or just relax with a beer taking in the tropical atmosphere.

DINING
There are many good restaurants and bars around the area. Try Three Chefs nearby and Anantasila on the beach.

SHOPPING
There are some interesting markets and two modern shopping malls ... Market Village and Bluport. Near Seacraze there are local shops, including convenience stores, pharmacy, laundries, beauty salons, massage and Cicada night market.

ACTIVITIES
Golf, elephant and horse riding, water sports, go-karting or a day at the water park. The spectacular Vana Nava water theme park is nearby. Less active pursuits include the night markets offering a wealth of Thai crafts, a visit to the National Park, a Thai cooking course, a relaxing spa treatment or a wander round the many temples.

GOLF
Hua Hin has several world class courses. Sea Pines is just a 15-minute walk from Seacraze. Pineapple Valley and Black Mountain are considered to be among the finest courses in Asia, with spectacular scenery and restaurants serving great food. Other nearby courses include Royal Hua Hin, Palm Hills, Springfield, Majestic Creek and Imperial Lake View.

If this all sounds just a bit too energetic, the apartment with its spectacular pool is the perfect spot to simply relax.

4 Wochen Entspannung pur!

Wir haben uns im Apartment von Kay und John Taylor 4 Wochen sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren exzellent. Die Angaben im Angebot stimmen mit der RealitƤt 100% Ć¼berein. Es ist schade, dass sich nicht alle Urlauber in dieser Anlage an die normalen Verhaltensweisen halten, obwohl Haus- und Poolregeln in verschiedenen Sprachen abgefasst sind und Ć¼berall aushƤngen. Das wird uns aber nicht abhalten, im nƤchsten Jahr wieder hierher zu kommen, um GƤste bei Kay und John zu sein.

Das Seacraze ist eine groƟe Wohnanlage mit mehreren 7-stƶckigen Blocks ganz im SĆ¼den von Hua Hin. In der Mitte der Anlage befindet sich ein riesiger Pool (60 Meter lang) mit Kinderbereich. Es hat einige, zum Teil beschattete Liegen. Wir waren Ć¼ber Weihnachten/Neujahr, also in der Hauptreisezeit dort und hatten immer viele freie Liegen zur Auswahl. Der Poolbereich ist nur schwach frequentiert. Beim Pool befindet sich noch ein Kinder-Spielzimmer. HĆ¼bsch eingerichtet, aber wohl eher fĆ¼r die Kleineren. (BƤllebad usw). Gleich daneben ist eine gut ausgestattete Mucki-Bude. LaufbƤnder, Stepper, Ergometer und ein paar Hanteln. Die Wohnung ist im obersten Stockwerk. Es hat Alles was man braucht. Die KĆ¼che ist gut sortiert. GroƟer KĆ¼hlschrank, 2-Platten-Herd, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschie usw. GroƟes Wohn-Esszimmer, Schlafzimmer mit 2x2m Bett, kleines Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, Bad mit Dusche, zwei Flachbildfernseher (nie benutzt) schnelles W-Lan, Balkon mit Sicht auf den Pool, genĆ¼gend SchrƤnke mit vielen KleiderbĆ¼geln, Unmengen an HandtĆ¼chern. Die Wohnung wird einmal in der Woche gereinigt und die Betten frisch bezogen. Nun aber das Beste: Die Vermieter Kay und John sind sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde innerhalb einer Stunde ersetzt. Es gab haufenweise Tips Ć¼ber alle Bereiche die einen Urlauber interessieren. Wir hatten einen Unfall und waren ein paar Tage im Hospital. Dort wurden wir mehrfach von Kay und John besucht. Wirklich super lieb. Vom Seacraze zum Strand sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu FuƟ. Vom Strand sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Es ist sehr voll, aber immerhin der schƶnste Teil vom gesamten Hua Hin-Strand. Am Strand nach SĆ¼den kann man kilometerlang laufen. Allerdings nur bei Ebbe! Bei Flut muss man an manchen Stellen schon man durch metertiefes Wasser laufen. In direkter Nachbarschaft zum Seacraze hat es mehrere gute GaststƤtten und kleine SupermƤrkte. Besonders gut hat es uns im U-SA gefallen. Sehr nett. Zu FuƟ ist man in 5 Minuten an der ā€žBushaltestelleā€œ. Das sind grĆ¼ne ā€ž10 Bat-Busseā€œ die einen in wenigen Minuten in die Stadt bringen. Man klingelt einfach, wenn man aussteigen will und bezahlt dann den Fahrer.

Zeer nette complete woning

Wij waren hier 17 dagen en hebben heerlijk genoten van het appartement. Er is van alles aanwezig, zoals een koffiezetapparaat,magnetron,waterkoker,badhanddoeken etc etc echt goed geregeld. Als je vragen hebt dan kan je contact opnemen met John of Kay en niets is ze teveel. Het appartement is netjes en schoon en word 1x in de week schoongemaakt en op elke kamer hangt een airco. Het zwembad is ook geweldig, erg rustig en groot en onze dochter was er erg groots mee. Het is ongeveer 5 tot 7 min naar het strand waar je voor 50 baht een bedje kon huren waar ook van alles te doen was, zoals paardrijden, jetski's huren of op een banaan in de zee.....geweldig. Als je naar het centrum of nightmarket wilde, dan liepen we naar de taxistandplaats even verderop en kon je voor 10 baht p.p. mee rijden.....ideaal. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanbevelen bij vrienden of kennissen. Bedankt John en Kay voor het geweldige verblijf in jullie appartement.

Excellent Accommodation

This is a wonderful apartment in an ideal location - Just 2 minutes from the beach and a 10 minute ride by Tuk Tuk to the center of Hua Hin. The apartment is very nice, with all the amenities you require for a comfortable stay, with the added bonus of High Speed Internet and a large collection of In-house movies and TV Shows. The pool is huge and there is also a nice gym on site. I would thoroughly recommend this property.

Fantastic location for Fantastic vacation

This apartment is ideal for families or couples looking for a superb holiday away from stresses of everyday life. Very light , spacious, well equipped, cozy balcony with coffee( beer ) table overlooking sea and Takiab mountain where you can meet sunrise or spend evenings. This condominium has a HUGE ,I would say Olympic sized pool. There are a lot of local bars and restaurants around for every pocket ,with Thai and European food . If you are lazy to prepare breakfast We can strongly recommend you to visit "OASIS" bar across the road , where you can get Big English breakfast just for 199THB or even order to go . If you like to visit city centre no problem , take a taxi , tuk tuk for 200THB or take a public green bus for 15THB( leave every 10 minutes) , bus station located in 3 minutes walk from condo. Takiab beach is also short walk (300m) from the condo, very clean and not crowded. There are a lot of attraction around Hua HIn , this information you can find in booklet kindly provided by owners. Perfect vacation!

The apartment was all we could ask for, really clean and fresh! The location is perfect, a short walk from the beach and still just a tuk-tuk ride away from Hua Hin centre. A couple of Familymarts across the street as well as some restaurants. Nice staff and really fast responses on any asked questions from the owners! Time to stop thinking, just go for it!!!

Wonderful Place to Stay

We have had three holidays in Hua Hin and love the place. Aside from the fun things to do, we discovered wonderful places to stay and this is the best -- John and Kayā€™s, Busaba Pool Villas and condos. They have a couple of 2-bedroom condos in a unit called SeaCraze and we have stayed in both. This is located near to restaurants and the beach and is a fun, quieter side of Hua Hin (and the best beaches). The building has a HUGE pool and nice gym. Itā€™s great for families with small and older kids or singles. Really something for all. The condos are furnished with the softest mattresses and high quality pillows and bedding. In S.E. Asia this is rare so we appreciated it. John also gives a lot of extras such as providing a cell phone, loads of English TV stations, and even a hard drive loaded with movies and music. The next visit, we had a 3-bedroom house with a great private pool. The villas are in a small, very safe gated community about 10 minutes to main shopping areas. You donā€™t need a car but it helps, as nothing is easy to walk to from here (the security guards will always call a taxi though and taxis are plentiful to get back). The houses are L-shaped around the deck and pool with large glass doors that pull back (also has air con if wanted). There are even two outdoor showers, which is fun. Again all appliances, upgraded media, soft beds, and great furnishings are provided John even arranges pick up in Bangkok with private driver and has a grocery list you can send him to pre-arrange food and drink on arrival. The only ā€œbadā€ side of staying at either the condos or villas is they are so comfortable and relaxing we didnā€™t want to go out that much! Thanks John and Kay. We appreciate you both.

Fantastic stay in great location

Having previously met John and Kay our week at the Seacraze was everything we were hoping it would be. The apartment is new and very well maintained (the photos are a true representation of the interior and complex facilities). The pool is amazing and we were always able to get a sunbed. The gym is quite adequate for a short stay. The location is very convenient and provides a variety of restaurants, family marts, bars, beach restaurants and massage places all within a 1 to 10 minute walk. There are 2 very long and nice beaches to stroll, exercise or relax on which are about a 5 minute walk. The centre of HuaHin is easily accessible via TukTuk(200 baht) or public green bus(15 baht/which we used quite often without any difficulty). The nightlife in the centre is colourful and interesting and provides about a thousand restaurants(all types of food) and bars. As usual John and Kay ensured our stay was everything we expected and more and were always only a phone call away if needed. When you choose this for your holiday you will NOT be disappointed.

SIMPLY FANTASTIC/ little bit of paradise If you are looking for relaxation from the stresses of everyday life, then you are exactly right at the Seacraze @ Khao Takiab Beach-Hua Hin-Thailand by Kay + John Super apartment, nice people , courteous and always with a smile on their faces. A great pool area that invites you to linger, coupled with a great ambience. All of this is just a few steps from the sea. We arrived home again super relaxed and can recommend this apartment to anyone. SIMPLY FANTASTIC/ little bit of paradise If you are looking for relaxation from the stresses of everyday life, then you are exactly right at the Seacraze @ Khao Takiab Beach-Hua Hin-Thailand by Kay + John Super apartment, nice people , courteous and always with a smile on their faces. A great pool area that invites you to linger, coupled with a great ambience. All of this is just a few steps from the sea. We arrived home again super relaxed and can recommend this apartment to anyone. New and well maintained condo with a large pool

Wonderful stay at Hua Hin near Khao Takiab. We stayed at Seacraze nearly three weeks with our three sons. Property and location was just as descriped, very clean and well-maintained. Everything was new. We got every help we needed from Kay and John, thank You! For example Kay suggested us a very good taylor. Pool area at Seacraze was wonderful, allthough a bit strict rules there considering three little boys. We liked many things near to a condo, for example boat shaped restaurant. Good food and a playground for children. We visited Pala -U waterfalls and Khao sam roi yot national park - marvellous views and also children liked. Would definitely recommend this property and Kay and John as a hosts to friends and relatives.
