This luxurious 2 bedroom condominium is furnished with queen size wooden exclusive boutique designed teak beds, enhanced with bedside rattan top sidetables and lamps to match. The built in wooden teak closets with a mahogany varnish finish blends with their parquet floors. The bathroom of the Master bedroom has a Royal Bath Tub. Both bathrooms have separate enclosed glass showers.

The living, dining and kitchen area have no separations so therefore its large and airy. Decorated with Rattan Furniture with Ming design side tables, consoles, coffee table and dinning table to compliment its decor on its glazing off white tile floors.

An ultra Modern Kitchen with all equipment and utensils including dishwasher, washing-machine & dryer.

Relax on the large balcony that is the entire width of the condo and enjoy the large swimming -pool, garden with its fauna, flora & flowers over looking the sea coast.

Fully Air-Conditioned or sleep with open doors.

Es ist ein äusserst freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter. Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer tollen und ruhigen Lage. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden.Die Umgebung ist gepflegt und das Personal stehts freundlich und hilfsbereit. A nice place to stay in

This place is really good to stay in. It is very quiet and the flat is big and offers everything one needs. I really enjoyed my time there. The personal working there are very polita and nice. Only one thing is not that good and that is the distane to the center of the city itselv. I recommend it to every one who needs to have a nice place to spend a good time in.

Clean well decorated delightful place to stay.

We really liked it here. We rented a small car which allowed us to go into town or the nearby village easily. It has a nice clean warm swimming pool that only a few people use. The big bonus is the way the apartment is decorated which has been decorated as a home. All the utilities and facilities we required are there. Many others only give you the basic necessities. We were very impressed and delighted to recommend it.

Sauberkeit und Ausstattung

Bei Ankunft sehr freundliches Personal erlebt. Die Wohnung war leider in einem völlig verdreckten Zustand.. Keine Geschirrtücher, kein Fön, keine Bademäntel. Dafür ging der Fernseher nicht, obwohl durch die Anleitung des Eigners ca. 8 Personen dies versucht haben, einschließlich Miriam Schütt, die sich um die Verwaltung kümmert. Die Stereoanlage war ebenso nicht benutzbar, CDS oder Musikcassetten waren nicht zu finden. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, die Wohnung hat eine tolle Größe. Leider war die Wohnung ohne eigene Säuberung nicht benutzbar ,Geschirr, Besteck samt Kasten und Schubläden völlig verschmutzt, ebenfalls Pfannen und Töpfe. Weder Toilette, Waschbecken oder Dusche waren gesäubert, was zu einem wirklichen Unbehagen geführt hat, vor allem nach einer so langen Reise. Die Tatsache, dass der Eigentümer 3 Tage vor unserem Eintreffen noch selbst in der Wohnung war, lässt leider Rückschlüsse zu. Die Anlage mit dem überaus freundlichen Personal hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sollten wir dort nochmal buchen, dann aber sicher eine andere Wohnung.

This client has put the accommodation in a very negative way. The appartment is well furnished. We do not advertise bathroom robes and music cassettes (which do not exist anymore) but we furnish CD and DVD. The television is working very well with 20 channels. The crockery and pots are in perfect conditon as they were all replaced just before her arrival. We wrote her several times during her stay but she never replied. We assumed all was in order. She mentionned that internet was not working but she contacted us by internet at her arrival (!). What a terrible attitude. Our representative in Hua-Hin tried several times to contact her with the same attitude of no response. She was difficult in her communication which was non existant the moment she decided to make a negative review. Good luck I hope you do not give this untrue story on your next visit else where.

Luxurious Thai condo!

My family of four stayed at this condo for almost two months. We chose this place after spending several days looking at many condos in and around Hua Hin and it was by far the best value. From start to finish we were thoroughly looked after. The property listing was totally accurate in its description; if anything the photos do not do it justice! The owner was always prompt in his correspondence and with the few maintenance issues we encountered. A European-run, local holiday rental company greeted us, organised the two-weekly cleaning of the condo and answered all our questions regarding getting around Hua Hin. The condo was spotless when we arrived and is tastefully decorated in local artifacts that really compliment the view over the pool. We loved the European kitchen with all the appliances, utensils and crockery you would need to cook while on holiday. The resorts facilities i.e. pool area, gym and restaurant were kept clean and in working order. Overall, we had a wonderful time and it felt like home. One point to consider when renting the condo is the distance from Hua Hin proper, about 9km (as described in the property description). The cost of taking a taxi is 300 baht into town one way, there are no other restaurants close by and if you want to visit any of the local sights you will have to pay additional taxi/tour charges. We hired a car and it alleviated all of the above issues.
