There are three bedrooms in the cottage sleeping six guests, comprising of a double with a TV, a second double and a twin, served by a cloakroom and a bathroom. There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with a woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside are patio areas to the front and rear, with the latter having a pond, furniture and a barbecue. 8 Glan Ysgethin is a glorious family holiday home for your escape to Wales. A steep and narrow driveway is suitable for a maximum of two cars (For an additional car, there is a free car park just off the main road behind the public toilets). Note: Property has a WIFI issue, which is due to be resolved by September.

Front patio and rear patio with pond, furniture and barbecue. Two small, well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pub 0.3 miles. 15 minute walk away from Talybont beach. Note: Though the pond is covered with a Diamond Deck safety grid system, children and pets must be supervised at all times in the rear garden.
