Hallo Carola, es tut uns leid, dass es während Ihres Aufenthaltes in der Nachbarschaft lautere Gäste gegeben hat. Das ist etwas, das auch in so einer ruhigen Lage wie dieser Sackgasse passieren kann. Gerne hätten wir trotzdem interveniert wenn Sie uns während des Urlaubs hätten wissen lassen, dass Sie sich gestört fühlen.

Ho soggiornato nelle prime due settimane di agosto e devo dire che lesperienza è stata positiva. Cesare persona disponibile con cui abbiano risolto i piccoli probleminriacontrati. La casa ha un bel giardino ed una bella veranda dove poter pranzare, la casa piccola ma funzionale che con alchne migliorie potrebbe essere sfruttata ancora meglio. Nel complesso un'ottima soluzione, vicjnanza al centro e al mare raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi e spiaggia di monte nai e mare da 10...Consiglio assolutanebtePietro

Tranquillità e ottima posizione

Ottima comunicazione con l'host, raggiungibile facilmente, check-in immediato. Un bel giardino curato con tanto di lettini ,doccia e barbecue a disposizione. L'appartamento è corredato di tutto ciò che serve : climatizzatore, microonde,ferro da stiro, phon,TV e wifi. La zona è molto tranquilla e con una buona privacy. Per ogni esigenza il sig. Cesare, persona squisita, è sempre disponibile a risolvere eventuali problemi. La costa è meravigliosa con Calette da sogno...che dire consigliato sia per coppie che per famiglie. Alfredo e Lucia.

Gut mit Potential nach Oben

Positiv: - sehr gute Lage mit Nähe zu Dorf und Strand. - nette Wohnung mit Garten, ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen - gute Aufteilung und freundliche Farbgebung - grosses und bequemes Doppelbett - zuverlässige Dame, die sich um das Anwesen kümmert. Negativ: - bei der Preiszusammenstellung von FeWo wird nicht erwähnt, das die gesamten Stromkosten separat zusätzlich berechnet werden. - die Ansprechperson spricht nur italienisch - die Wohnung war bei Anreise voller Ameisen, was sich auch während des Aufenthaltes nicht änderte. - die Schränke sind leider billige IKEA-Qualiät, was bei diesem nicht gerade günstigen Mietpreis negativ auffällt - die Spülunterschränke riechen etwas muffig - die Küchenausstattung fällt etwas dürftig aus: gerade einmal 4 Tassen/,Essteller bzw. Dessertteller, 4 Wassergläser, 4 Messer/Gabeln/ Löffel Keine Weingläser, kein Flaschenöffner.
