The apartment is fully furnished featuring a dining and living room area complete with a flat-screen TV, sofa bed and a balcony overlooking the Dubai Dancing Fountains. It comes with 2.5 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchenette with a stove, dishwasher, coffee maker/kettle, microwave and fridge. The apartment includes a hair-dryer and a laundry facility with washing machine, iron, ironing-board and clothes rack.
