Case San Bartolo: Unique Country House in Protected Park Near the Sea with Pool.

Our estate is located in the heart of the Monte San Bartolo nature park, a green and hilly area in the north of Marche, at an altitude of 170 meters and just a short distance from two beautiful beaches.
The country house consists of three apartments and is set within a private three-hectare park with woodland, where peace, space and nature take center stage. Here you can fully unwind and enjoy the rhythm of outdoor living.
Within the park you will find a spacious infinity pool with natural salt hydrolysis purification (chlorine-free) and a stunning panoramic view of the castle of Gradara. The pool area is fully fenced and surrounded by a garden filled with herbs and flowers. Scattered throughout the grounds are charming spots where you can relax with a book or enjoy a glass of wine together, while children have plenty of space to play on the large lawns.
The apartments are just a few minutes away from the medieval villages of Fiorenzuola di Focara, Casteldimezzo and Gradara. Here you will find bars, shops and restaurants where you can enjoy delicious local cuisine. The surrounding area is also perfect for beautiful walks and cycling tours.
Case San Bartolo is the ideal destination for travelers and families looking for a peaceful and relaxing environment by the coast, immersed in nature, to discover the beauty of the Marche region.

Heerlijke plek!

Wij verbleven afgelopen zomer in dit heerlijke appartement in Casa San Bartolo. Een hele fijne plek, midden in de natuur, maar toch dicht bij alle faciliteiten! De rust, het uitzicht en de geurende bloemen in de mooi verzorgde tuin, alles is met aandacht verzorgd. Ook de eigenaren zijn heel hartelijk en behulpzaam. We kregen dagelijks wat verse oogst uit eigen moestuin! Kortom wij bevelen het verblijf zeer aan!

Cosy apartments in a picturesque area of Marche

Great place for a family of 4. With our family (2 adults + 2 kids), we spent two weeks in Case San Bartolo in June/July 2017. The apartments were very clean, comfortable with all necessary amenities and kitchen equipment. The house surrounding was absolutely amazing, with colorful garden and a swimming pool with a stunning infinity view over the Marche hills, fields and medieval castles (great for swimming, sunbathing and morning exercising/jogga:) ). Our house was located in a silent and green San Bartolo Nature Park, brilliant for cycle, running and nature lovers. Still, if needed, you could find excellent Italian restaurants in the close by area and/or tourists attractions of Pesaro, Urbino, Gradara, Cattolica etc. Those were reachable by car within 10-15 minutes distance. There you could find sandy beaches, restaurants and attractions like Parco Tematico Oltremare with live dolphins shows in Riccione, Acquario di Cattolica or Gradara Castle (very nice for the kids). The house owners – Simonetta and Henk were always were helpful and always did their best to make our stay the best vacations experience:). We are very grateful for that to both and strongly recommend Case San Bartolo as the perfect place for your family vacation in Italy.

Non ho alcun appunto da fare, tutto era sopra le aspettative: la casa, il giardino, la posizione con una vista panoramica stupenda e per finire la piscina: una meraviglia. Torneremo di sicuro.
