1 bedroom 25 m2 with bed 160 x 200 and bathroom, 1 bedroom 17 m2 with bed 160 x 200 and one dormitory with 3 bunk beds 90 x 190. Bathroom and toilet. All the bedrooms have a fan.

Outside
In the garden behind the house there is a beautiful private swimming pool (10 x 5) fully fenced. This pool also has a security hard cover. Plenty of space to play football. The large southern terrace has direct access to the kitchen. At the front of the house there is aslo a nice terrace, to enjoy an evening meal or just a cup of coffee.

Labelle is centrally located so that the beautiful places as Gourdon, Sarlat and La Roque Gageac are within reach. The distance to the Dordogne River is 10 km.
