This beautifully kept 3 bedroom villa is spacious both inside and outside and furnished to a very high standard. Located in the Pernera area of Protaras, it is within 10 minutes walk of both Kalamies Beach and the resort centre.
Inside, the villa has a very modern yet comfortable design. The living area has leather sofas, a widescreen TV with a Full UK satellite and dining table seating 6 persons. The large open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is also a W/C on this floor.
Upstairs, the master bedroom features a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also access to a veranda. There are another 2 bedrooms, both with single beds .
Outside the private garden has a 8 x 4 metre pool from where you can also enjoy the sea views. Sun-loungers and an umbrella are provided, along with a patio table and chairs. A built-in BBQ and sink area provide the perfect setting for outside dining and entertaining during the long summer evenings.
Satellite TV and free WIFI are available and the villa has full air-conditioning.
Overall this is a great villa option for families and groups of friends, looking for a luxury property within easy reach of the beach and resort centre.
