VILLA PRIVADA PARA ALQUILAR EN CHIPRE EN PROTARAS - PERNERA

La planta baja alberga un salón comedor de planta abierta que conduce a una cocina totalmente equipada y un aseo separado. El primer piso alberga los tres dormitorios. Una doble con baño en suite y dos habitaciones dobles que comparten el baño con ducha. Hay otra escalera que conduce al jardín de la azotea con vistas al mar. Hay aire acondicionado en toda la propiedad y conexión inalámbrica a internet. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos principales, nevera, lavadora, microondas y horno e instalaciones completas de cocina si quieres quedarte en casa y cocinar. También hay instalaciones de barbacoa si desea cocinar su pescado o hamburguesas con carbón. La propiedad está equipada con tumbonas y una gran sombrilla para que disfrute de un día relajante junto a la piscina privada desbordante bajo el cálido sol de Chipre.

La habitación principal tiene una cama doble, mientras que las dos habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales cada una.

No se proporcionan toallas de playa: proporcionamos sábanas y toallas de baño limpias para cada huésped. La villa se entregará en perfectas condiciones de vida a su llegada.

La playa más cercana es "Kalamies" y "Pernera" (a unos 5 minutos a pie).

Excellent location, quiet but near to bars restaurants etc. Great villa with all the usual facilities. Decent size pool ( approx 9m x 4m , my rough measurements) Bars, restaurants and shops all within 5 - 10 minutes walk.Choice of two beaches in walking distance ,10- 15 minutes, depending which one you chooseNikolas is a great guy, meet us at the apartment with food and drinks waiting for us. Pleasure to deal with him , clear communications. Have already requested to book again next year

Fantastic villa in a great location.

Right from the start of booking this villa Nicholas has been great. Great communication and process. The villa was perfect in every way and we were greeted by Nicholas when we arrived. He welcomed us with drinks and food which was lovely after a late flight. He made many suggestions of places to visit and keep in touch throughout. The villa is within walking distance to the restaurants and beach. But not too close which makes it peaceful. The pool was beautiful and clean. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Nicholas.

Superb villa in a great location

We arrived late in the evening and were greeted by the owner Nicolas. As it was so late, he had prepared for us pizza, salad, fruit, wine and even some beer in the fridge. The villa its self was very clean and had all the facilities any family could need, including inflatables for the pool, and a BBQ. The villa is only a 2 minute walk to the main street containing bars, restaurants and shops. Nicolas called around later in the week to see how our holiday was going and sat chatting with us over coffee for about an hour, he even brought some local pastries for us to try. We found the villa to be perfect and Nicolas to be the perfect owner who wants to ensure his guests have a wonderful holiday. Thank you once again Nicolas!

Excellent location, brilliant customer service

We arrive late in the evening and were greeted by Nicolas the owner, who had stocked our fridge and even brought us a welcome drink, and joined us. He returned in the morning to show my husband round the area, which was very helpful. The villa its self was very clean and had all the facilities we needed, including inflatables for the pool, and a BBQ. It is very close too town, literally a 2 minute walk to the street of bars, restaurants and shops. The villa was cleaned and all bedding changed half way through the holiday too. I would recommend this villa to any body looking to take break in the Protaris/Pernera region. We would certainly book here again if we return. Thanks for ensuring we had a great holiday Nicolas!

Lovely villa in a great location

We loved our stay in the villa, the rooms are comfortable and have everything you need. The location is great and Nicolas was a great host. Would love to come back and stay again.

Fabulous villa fabulous owner

From the moment we decided to rent this particular villa we were met with a very warm and welcoming owner. We have stayed in this area before so we knew the area. The owner who’s name is Nicolas went over and beyond what we normally have . He made sure we had some food in as we were not arriving until late. Nicholas made us feel as if we had known him for years. The villa is brand new inside. Anything we needed was seen to straight away thankyou very much Nicolas for making us feel like we were at home

Villa in a quiet and peaceful location in Perneras Cyprus.

We had a lovely time at the villa in Pernera. Accommodation is spacious and well cared for in a secure road. Comfortable Villa with lots of space outside and if you fancy a barbecue there is a large purpose built BBQ. . Pool in at the front of the house in a private area which is a sun trap if you fancy sunbathing outside there are sunloungers and sun chairs . The pool was cleaned twice while we were there and the surrounding area outside the Villa was also cleaned. We were greeted by Nicolas on arriving at the Villa who was very helpful and informative about the facilities at the Villa and lots of information regarding where to eat and location of the best beaches in the area. A hire car is recommended as you can travel to the beaches or visit tourist sites . You can park the car on the driveway or park outside on the road. Villa has all the amenities expected. You can go for a walk from the Villa to Perneras and have a meal in one of the many restaurants on the main road. We would recommend this Villa and you will be looked after by Nicolas as he was always punctual in replying to our emails with any questions we had.

I am married with 2 adult children! We live in Nicosia and purchased the villa as a holiday resort. Apart from myself the villa unfortunately is hardly used by any other member of the family.

I worked for 27 years in the Banking Industry and as from 2013 in the private sector.

I am a friendly person and love to meet and socialise with people.

Family owned holiday villa in very good condition and rented selectively to families! Reasonably priced! The property photos could be more impressive but I am not a professional :)

My favourite beach, Pernera, is within walking distance as well as my favourite restaurants (Knights Pub for a steak and Kalamies for fresh fish).

One of the best infrastructure projects in recent years in Protaras is the 4 km long coastal pedestrian street joining the Pernera area with the Protaras area and especially the beach of FIG TREE BAY. This rocky coastline was made accessible by footpath. With good lighting, kiosks, drinking water along along with piers ...If you get tired on the way you can have a quick swim and carry on your jogging. All beautiful beaches are next to you on your way from one end to the other - From the beginning to the end of the pedestrian street it has an incredible view .

Highly recommended to spend a day at the WATERWORLD water park at Ayia Napa.THE BIGGEST THEMED WATERPARK IN EUROPE.
