Central Attic Apartment for 3 People

This small but delightful attic apartment is located in the heart of Lido di Jesolo, close to the longest promenade in Europe and the beach.

Equipped with air conditioning, it is an excellent value for money solution for a couple or a family of 3.

Attic apartment N. 5 is on the second floor of a small building without a lift in the central Piazza Brescia, less than 100 metres from the beach.

The apartment, nicely furnished and with a floor area of around 30 square metres, consists of:
- living area with kitchenette;
- room with double bed and single bed;
- bathroom with shower and washing machine.

It can sleep up to 3 people.

The Holiday Home has air conditioning, a TV and a washing machine.

Camping Cot and Highchair available free of charge on request

The price includes:
- the costs of gas, electricity, both hot and cold water;
- final cleaning.

The price does not include:
- bed linen and towels;
- Tourist tax.

By regulations, groups of young people are not allowed in our apartments. If at the check-in a group shows up, without a special authorization from us, we will be forced to cancel the reservation, without any refund.
