On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room of 48 m2 provides a welcoming communal space with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom features 1 double bed composed of 2 single units measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and is served by a private bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC. This room also enjoys direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool. The fully equipped open kitchen is situated on the same level and connects naturally to the living area. On the upper floor, 2 additional bedrooms each feature 1 double bed with the same configuration of 2 x 90 cm width and 200 cm in length, and each is served by a private shower room with WC. One of these upper-floor bedrooms opens directly onto a 5 m2 balcony with views of the swimming pool. The fourth bedroom on the upper floor is a children's room furnished with 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also served by its own shower room with WC.
