All the structures have been recently renovated and all have a large terrace or balcony from which to relax and enjoy one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island.

The apartments do not have a real private parking space, but access to the building is via a private road closed by a barrier, where, if desired, the car can be left, unless there is a parking space, along the road.

Key delivery is normally carried out in our offices located in Via Rodolfo Manganaro in Portoferraio, for different needs contact our customer service.

The wifi service is served by a local operator, being the area along the coast, the signal is sometimes interrupted.

Information regarding check-in is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service on +39 3920618594. For the selected structure, key collection normally takes place at the structure, or at our Portoferraio offices.

Two-room apartment on the raised ground floor with large outdoor equipped entrance area, consisting of a large living room with dining table, a double sofa bed and a kitchen with fridge. The structure also has a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with third bed. This apartment does not remain in the central group overlooking the garden, adjacent you will find the two-room apartment 7.
