This Italian Lakes vacation apartment is a modern and contemporary second floor, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located on the shores of Lake Maggiore. The apartment is well equipped and within the grounds, guests enjoy use of a superb swimming pool and jacuzzi. There is a restaurant on site as well as a bar and cafe where guests can enjoy breakfast. The apartment is also within walking distance of a number of other restaurants as well as a supermarket and other shops.



The Space:

This Italian Lakes vacation apartment is furnished in a modern and contemporary style.



It has two bedrooms, both equipped with kingsize beds. There are also two modern bathrooms, both equipped with shower, sink, bidet and toilet. One has orange tiling whilst the other has teal coloured tiles. There is a washing machine in the first bathroom for your convenience.



Finally, there is an open plan living, dining and kitchen area in this Italian Lakes vacation apartment. The blue themed kitchen is well equipped and there is a glass dining table seating four. There are two comfortable sofas arranged around a central coffee table, whilst a TV is positioned on a unit opposite.



Outside, this Italian Lakes vacation apartment has a large private terrace, which is equipped with outdoor table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. The terrace enjoys excellent views of the lake and swimming pools.



Please note that there is a compulsory energy fee of 68 euros per stay which is to be paid locally in cash on arrival.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy sole use of the apartment and have shared use of the communal pool, jacuzzi and children's pool.



The Neighborhood:

Maccagno is a popular lakeside town boasting a number of restaurants, bars and cafes all within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest restaurant is on site whilst the second closest is just a few metres in the other direction.



There is also a helpful tourist information office within the town if you need any information about what to see and do in the area.



This Italian Lakes vacation apartment is also situated just across from a lakeside beach area which is popular with the locals. The lake is wonderful to swim in and there are platforms cleverly positioned in the lake that guests can swim out to.



The apartment is within walking distance of a supermarket, cafes and ice cream shop. Guests can also walk to the boat stop where you can catch a boat to all the other towns and villages on the lake. Tennis courts and water sports hire are also within walking distance of this Italian Lakes vacation apartment and there is also a volleyball court and basketball net just a 2 minute walk away.



Getting Around:

A car is not necessary as everything is within easy walking distance, including the boat stop where guests can access all the other towns and villages on the lake. There is a restaurant and cafe on site as well as plenty of other restaurants within walking distance. The train station is also easily accessible from the apartment. Trains go direct from here to Milan Malpensa airport. Or we can help organise taxi transfers.
