Located on the first floor this open-plan studio has been recently refurbished to enhance the already modern decor. The well-equipped kitchen adjoins the studio bedroom that has direct access to a private furnished balcony with partial sea views. The shower room/WC completes the studio. The property is detached and located near to all facilities yet completely private. Set within a small private block that has two floors with two studios on the first floor and a two-bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor. Booking the entire first floor ( Irini studio #2 property ID 10653715) is very popular with families that have older children who enjoy a little independence or two couples for complete privacy but are located in adjacent rooms.
