Must one of the best views in beuatiful Puerto de Mogan

We were well recieved by Rosa and family, assisting with the luggage, walking up the stairs to a brand new, very clean well equipped and spacius appartment, with perfect view over the harbour and beach area. We really enjoyed sitting on the terrase belonging to the appartment or sitting in the jacusi on roof top terrasse cooling down, overviewing the city. The appartment is close to everything in the town, also the restarant La Cousine where we in a couple of minutes could get some super take away pizzas and eat outside on the terrease. Absolutely a place we would like to go again, if relaxation is on the agenda for the holiday.

Amazing view from this beautiful apartment

Beautiful spacious apartment with views to die for. Everything you could need. The steps up are not for the faint hearted but Rosas husband was on hand to help with our luggage on arrival.

Fantastic Property

Spotlessly clean, well equipped, fantastic views, must be one of the best in Puerto Mogan. The property is so good we were happy to chill out on the terrace then dip into the jacuzzi to cool down. We spent a lot of evenings cooking local produce in the kitchen and eating on the balcony. A brilliant holiday and Rosa and Juan are excellent hosts.

Traumwohnung

Wir waren leider nur für 1 Woche in dieser super schönen und bis ins letzte Detail liebevoll ausgestatteten Wohnung. Alles war perfekt und die Lage der Wohnung ideal. Strand und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Wir kommen bald wieder! Danke liebe Rosa und Familie

Leiligheten er flott og har en fantastisk beliggenhet. Og renholdet er førsteklasses. Rosa er en fantastisk vært som gjorde det hun kunne for at oppholdet skulle bli vellykket. Vi takker for oss og kommer gjerne tilbake.

Fabulous apartment with beautiful views

Rosa and her husband welcomed us and have gone out of there way to make our stay comfortable. The modern apartment was spotless with everything you need. The panoramic views of the harbour were amazing. The steep steps to the apartments may mean its not accessible for less mobile. Could not fault the place and hope to go back next year.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wunderbarem Blick

Eine Woche Sonnenschein in einer sehr schönen, neuen Wohnung mit wunderbarem Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Eine Dachterrasse mit Whirlpool, Liegen, Sonnenschirmen, die beste Aufenhaltsqualität bietet. Rosa Delia Perdomo Medina und Ihr Mann waren sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, die sich jederzeit um alles gekümmert haben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Vielen Dank. Heinrich

Super Ausblick auf Puerto de Mogan , Hafen und Meer

Die Besitzer Rosa und ihr Mann sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ihr Mann hilft den Gästen mit einem Hilfsgerät, die Koffer die 130 Stufen bis in die Wohnung zu bringen. Die großzügige Wohnung C ist sehr gut für z.B. 2 Ehepaare geeignet, 2 seperate Schlafbereiche mit jeweils eigenem Bad. Die Küche lässt ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Alles ist super gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Die Dachterrasse muss man sich aber mit den anderen 2 Wohnungen teilen, allerdings hatten wir kaum andere interessierte Gäste oben, so dass wir die Dachterrasse allein nutzen konnten, incl. Whirlpool! In der Beschreibung stand, dass es einen Fahrstuhl gibt, das ist aber nicht der Fall. Die letzten ca. 40 Stufen bis zur Wohnung im Haus spielen wegen des Aufstiegs zum Haus auch nicht wirlich eine Rolle. Wir sind in den Endsechzigern und haben die 130 Stufen als tägliches Training gesehen und das immer gut geschafft. Der Ausblick entlohnt!! Zum Abschluss der fantastischen 14 Tage waren wir im Restaurant Taberna MAR AZUL im Gebäude von La Venezia (links davon) essen. Es war überwältigend gut, die Bedienung nicht zu aufdringlich, aber sehr nett. Alles ist super frisch und total lecker. Von der Meeresfrüchte-Paella werden wir noch lange träumen! Superfin leilighet i en koslig by

Her var det utmerket å bo, utleier stod og ventet på oss når vi kom. Leiligheten var superfin, ren og godt utstyrt. Beliggenheten er utmerket med gåavstand til alt. Kjempefin terrasse og vi hadde den utsikten ut over byen og sjøen. I tillegg var takterrassen super med solsenger, stoler og boblebad, så nydelig å være der om dagene. Kunne vært et par grønne palmer der, så hadde det blitt ennå koseligere. Reiser gjerne hit igjen. Anbefaler også å spise på den cubanske restauranten som ligger like til venstre når du kommer ned trappene, utrolig god mat og hyggelig betjening der.

Lovely property and owners

Excellent place to stay although you do need to be fit due to the location. Saying that the terrace and balcony and great for breakfast and afternoon sunshine and evening meals. We are cyclist and light road bikes are OK to carry up. A couple of our party had electric bikes and they were more of a challenge, but we ended up leaving them in the hire (Free Motion) shop overnight. Owners helped us up with our luggage which was great. Apartment very clean and furnished to a high standard. Thanks very much.

Beautiful apartment with amazing views - 25th Sept - 2nd Oct !!

We have just come back from a great week staying in this lovely apartment! It looks brand new when you walk in - it is hard to imagine anyone else has stayed there! We stayed there as a group of 3 friends and really enjoyed the facilities- especially the apartment balcony with amazing views over the port, beach and resort and the brilliant roof top terrace with the Jacuzzi and sun loungers! Rosa and Juan our hosts couldn't do enough to help us ! They arranged our taxi transfers to and from the airport for us, bought some initial supplies for our first night as we didn't arrive until after 9pm and poor Juan carried all our suitcases up all those steps for us! Yes there is about 126 steps from street level up to the apartment door! But we are all of a certain age - pre retirement age- and we managed!! - you do get used to them!! And the apartment is definitely worth it!! Once you reach street level at the bottom of the steps you are so close to everything including the beach, shops ,restaurants and marina etc in a very pretty resort!! So thank you very much Rosa and Juan - we loved our stay in your beautiful apartment and would definitely recommend it! Kind regards Elaine, Yvonne and Rosie

Conveniently situated.

Property was well equipped with everything needed for four people. The balcony was great and the rooftop terrace was a bonus with the hot tub and stunning views over the harbour. Once you have got used to the steps (we counted 128), they got easier as the week went on. Jaun who is the meet an greet gentleman was very helpful. We would not hesitate to return.

Fantastic Holiday

Just got back this week, after 10 nights. We had a fantastic time. We hired the 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony as there were 4 of us, my husband and I and 2 teenagers (aged 14 & 15). We all thought the apartment was amazing. It was modern and spacious - very clean and tidy with breath-taking views overlooking Puerto de Mogan Beach and Harbour - the climb up the steps was definitely worth it every time. The apartment was only 5 minutes from the beach. Juan, who met us on arrival was very helpful and friendly, and after helping us carry our luggage up to the apartment and showing us around, took the time to show us the best place to park our hire car for the 10 nights of our stay, which was in a secure 24hr car park and which was just over 5 minutes away from the apartment. The sun terrace on the roof was the perfect place to sunbath, which also had a jacuzzi and again gave spectacular views. The apartment was only minutes from some excellent restaurants. Rosa Delia was very pleasant and friendly. We would definitely stay here again. Puerto de Mogan is one of Gran Canaria’s most beautiful places to stay and this apartment is the jewel in Puerto de Mogan. Worth every euro! Thank you again Rosa Delia & Juan. Wonderful stay

The top apartment in this small block owned by Rosa is exceptional with magnificent views, lovely balcony and tasteful internal decoration. One of the best double beds we have slept in for a European destination - very large and comfy. There are a large number of steps from road level to access the block around small "lanes" and this would not be suitable for those with mobility issues and there is no lift once within the block. Good exercise though. The location and view however makes this an ideal place to view all the comings and going right across the Puerto Mogan vista, we spent many interesting evenings on the balcony. The roof terrace and jacuzzi are to die for... wonderful luxury. Once down at road level we were directly across from the harbour, all the lovely restaurants, the ferry along the coast and 5 mins walk from the beach. We have to thank Juan for his friendly welcome at the bus station ( direct from the airport Eu 6.30 - bargain!)and transporting us to the flat as it is a little tricky to find when unfamiliar with the area. Juan was also kind enough to return us to the bus station at the end of our stay. A minor point - we did not find any fire protection equipment in the apartment, fire blanket detectors etc. Not to say there weren`t any we just didn`t come across them. Would not stop us returning , it is a fantastic holiday apartment and location.. we will definitely be back .

Lovely apartment and owners

The apartment is quite hard to find so the owners meet you at the local post office and help you up the stairs to the apartment, which is very kind of them. The pictures do not do the apartment justice, it's even nicer in reality. The finish of the apartment is to a very high standard and looks brand new. The view is incredible. From the pictures the marina looks quite far away, in reality it is so close. We had the 2 bedroom apartment and it had everything you could need. The roof terrasse was nice with the jacuzzi but the apartments own terrasse was just as adequate. We will definitely be going back to this lovely apartment and would definitely recommend it.

Perfect Retreat Perfect Owners

We had such a fantastic experience when staying here. When we arrived in Puerto de Mogan we had to change accommodation unexpectedly. We contacted Rosa on the Saturday night and and it was prepared for us so quickly, and on a Sunday too! We met the whole family who helped us so much, helping us with luggage, telling us where the good spots to eat were, providing us with all we needed to get started on out holiday. They were very accommodating. It was very refreshing to meet such wonderful, kind people. The apartment is truely outstanding. Everything inside is if the highest standard and very comfortable. The views are truely outstanding from the room while the terrace upstairs is superb. Looking over all of Puerto de Mogan and out to the sea from a hot tub is truely special. In the evening there are beautiful solar lights on terrace where you can soak it all in and watch the stars. Wonderful family and wonderful apartment.
