This luxurious apartment with a private pool, a large terrace, lounge furniture and sunbeds is located in the south of Gran Canaria, in Puerto Rico. With its 3 bedrooms with 3 king-size beds and a sofa bed for 2 people, it can accommodate 8 people. 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet and washing machine ensure that guests have a comfortable stay. A large kitchen with a dining area, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a mixer, a kettle and a coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The large seating area in the living room with cable TV ensures cosy evenings. During the day, guests can use the spacious private pool area and terrace for swimming and sunbathing. Here you can enjoy carefree and relaxed hours in front of the impressive mountain scenery. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a baby bed. Only a 7-minute drive from the apartment there are 3 beautiful beaches. The wide sandy beach, Playa de Puerto Rico, invites young and old to enjoy long beach days. Restaurants are only 2 km away (5 minutes by car and a supermarket is just a 4-minute drive.

Nice house with pool and outdoor spaces

We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. The house has a nice pool and outdoor space. The kitchen is functional and all the bedrooms and living room well appointed.

Vacaciones familiares fabulosas

Pros: La casa es amplia, las camas son cómodas, la piscina está bastante bien, la limpieza muy buena, la terraza fabulosa para pasar unos buenos ratos, la comodidad de dejar el coche en el garaje sin preocuparte por el aparcamiento. El equipamiento de la cocina muy bien. Enchufes junto a la cama, algo que últimamente en muchos hoteles falta. Cons: El único inconveniente es que el aire acondicionado del salón dejó de funcionar, pero abriendo la ventana que da a la piscina y la puerta del salón, corría suficiente brisa y se estaba muy bien.
