Villa Panemorfi is a spectacular and extravagant villa is situated in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5-minute walk to the beach and to a vast selection of bars, restaurants, and shops. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with brand new furniture and fittings to ensure a comfortable and perfect self-catering stay.
As you walk in to the villa, you will find the open-plan living room, kitchen and dining area. The living room has comfortable sofas, widescreen TV with satellite channels and WIFI connection. The dining area has seating for 6 people and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances you need for your self-catering stay as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to lead you to the garden and pool area outside. There is also a bathroom with a shower and WC on this floor.
Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which offer stunning views. The master double bedroom has a balcony offering stunning sea views plus an ensuite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.
Outside, in the spacious garden, you will find a barbecue area with a worktop for extra space, outside seating area, sun loungers and large private pool with Roman steps leading into it.
The villa is located in the most central location of Protaras strip and it is close to a wide variety of restaurants, bars and just few steps from the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. It is in an excellent central location within easy walking distance to all amenities.
