Consider this villa your home away from home while you visit Pernera.
Our villa is situated on a private secured cul de sac, this beautiful property features 2 bedrooms, and is perfect for couples, or families, sleeping 4 people comfortably.
With air conditioning throughout to keep you cool, you'll feel right at home. The villa has its own private pool, garden, large sun lounging area, and on site parking. There is free WiFi and Smart TV.
A car isn’t necessary as you are only a 2 minute walk to the local shops, restaurants and bars, and the nearest beach is literally a 5 minute stroll from the front door to your feet in the sea!
A further 10 minute walk along the coastal promenade and you reach more Blue Flag beaches of Pernera Beach to the North, or Fig Tree Bay to the South.
Our villa manager will be in hand should you need anything during your stay, and our villa housekeeper will refresh your linen and towels mid stay for longer holidays.

We are a family from London and this is our family villa. We love to share our home from home with guests who over the years have become regular guests returning and friends!

Pernera is a wonderful village which has everything you could need with some of the best restaurants and tavernas the island has to offer.
With Blue Flag beaches and connected via the seafront promenade to Paralimni marina to the north and Fig Tree Bay and Protaras to the south.
If you wish to have more entertainment Ayia Napa is only 10 minutes in a taxi, and if you want to experience old world village life, the culinary delights of the village of Sotira are again only a few minutes taxi away.
The area is also fantastic for Scuba diving and snorkeling, with over 5 Scuba diving schools in Pernera!

Our villa is on a small quiet private resort, has a private pool and sunlounge area, and is a 5 minute stroll to the nearest beach. Our favourite restaurant on the island is 2 minutes away!
