Villa Libeccio

Villa Libeccio is part of a semi-detached house of very recent construction, it is divided on two floors, for a total of about 120 square meters. It is located at about 350 meters from the beach and the beautiful promenade of Lido di Camaiore and is within easy reach of the wonderful centers of Camaiore, Forte Dei Marmi and Pietrasanta. The structure is specially designed to offer our guests a space of infinite tranquility. At our guests' disposal there is always a host ready and attentive to all their needs. The Villa can accommodate up to four people with the possibility of additional sleeping space in the attic, in addition you can ask our staff for a camping bed, a high chair for children, a baby changing table, a baby bath.

Kitchen, Living and Dining Room

Villa Libeccio offers our guests every comfort to make their stay an unforgettable experience.

As you enter the Villa you have a spacious living room withthe latest television, a modern dining table and a comfortable sofa. In the adjacent room is the kitchen, equipped for every need.

Sleeping area

Following, we find a bathroom with shower, followed by a finely furnished king-size bedroom with French doors, equipped with closets and a small terrace communicating with the garden. On the second floor we have the second king-size bedroom with a terrace overlooking the garden, the second bathroom with bathtub and shower.

Outdoor spaces

Inside the property there is private parking (one parking space for each villa), a space reserved for outdoor dining, a garden equipped with sun loungers and umbrella, and, at the guest's request, the latest Weber barbecue, to make your stay an unforgettable and relaxing experience in the full luxury of the complex.

Services

Weekly linen change service is also provided, for bedrooms and bathrooms, while the laundry room, with ironing board and iron, washing machine and dryer, is located outside, in the garden, and it is shared.

To ensure the safety and privacy of our guests, we would like to inform you that our property is equipped with surveillance cameras, that check-ins are not allowed for children under the age of 18, that no animals of any kind are allowed, and that smoking is prohibited inside the villa.

The villa is equipped with a safe, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in all rooms of the villa.
