PRIVATE PROPERTY. Villa De Fiori is a semi-detached independent villa with private swimming pool that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. Villa de ‘Fiori is located in the green heart of Tuscany a few steps away from Pistoia, a town that still remains loyal to its authenticity and originality, easy to reach thanks the exit A11 of the Motorway.
The villa distances about 50 km from the historical centre of Lucca and from Florence, and only 60 km from Pisa, which makes it a perfect spot for daily visits and tours.
Villa De Fiori is a relaxing oasis surrounded by greenery. In the front side there is a beautiful garden, shaded by tall trees. The old fountain, surrounded by stone benches, recalls the glories of the past.
The Villa dates back to the middle of 1600 and the first historical memory of the property belonged to the family Pacchiani, originally from Livorno, who lived there until the early ‘900. At that time, there were many plots on which vines were planted almost anywhere. This wine, until a few decades ago, it was also known with the name of zone of Chianti Putto. The extension of the property was much larger than the present, insomuch as the research carried out shows that come to the borders of the walls of Pistoia.
A story handed down, said that in the first of the ‘900 Family Pacchiani harboured in the garden a monkey, an exotic animal very much in vogue among the wealthy families at that time. This monkey was used to mime the attendants and it liked to use the fountain as a wash to clean his precious objects “stolen” around the Villa.

Interiors
The villa is set on two floors above ground.
The main entrance opens on the main living room. The history says that during World War II, this living room had turned into a kind of infirmary, where the wounded soldiers were accommodated.
Next to the living room there is the study where guests can easily find a place ideal for working, a room dedicated to the card games, another living room with working fireplace, and a dining table with access to the outdoors. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary facilities as dishwasher, oven, slicers. From the kitchen there is the access to the laundry room. Always on the ground floor there are two toilettes.
Climbing a stone staircase of 17 steps, guest will find the sleeping area composed of a total of 6 bedrooms. There are two double bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms with shower, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with tub and shower, one twin bedroom (beds can be join able) with ensuite bathroom with bathtub, one double bedroom with a separate bathroom with shower, one quadruple bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The living room of the first-floor step us back again in the past, as during the World War II it became the temporary headquarters of the “Bank of Pistoia”.
