The delightful private courtyard at the back is an oasis of peace, ideal for relaxing with a good book, a glass of wine, or a cozy get-together with family and friends.
Thanks to its unique location, you can enjoy both the vibrancy of the village and the proximity to beautiful nature. Within minutes, you can walk to the market, a charming terrace, or a restaurant, while the wide sandy beach and dunes are just a short bike ride away. Here, you can take long beach walks, engage in water sports, or simply breathe in the fresh sea air.

The house has its own entrance in the traditional Ouddorp style, meaning you can enter through the kitchen. Additionally, you have access to two parking spaces. People with reduced mobility can shower and sleep on the ground floor. The house features a cozy living room with an upholstered sofa, a matching armchair, and a TV. The modern kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner gas stove, an oven, a fridge/freezer combination, a dishwasher, and a Senseo coffee machine. The inviting round dining table with six chairs completes the picture. The French doors leading to the courtyard seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces. Here, you will find a lounge set and a dining table with chairs.

On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm). On the first floor, there are two more bedrooms, both with single mattresses of 90 x 200 cm. The small bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet.
