Clean, Safe, Convenient

Typical of properties in the area, no clothes dryer or air conditioning. We purchased an automatic coffee maker for our use and donated it when we left. The check in process was extremely thorough and lasted 90 minutes. The owner will want your passport information to report to the local police station. Well equipped kitchen and clean. Nice view of the sea.

Una estancia para repetir

No es la primera vez que vamos a Sanxenxo , pero si es la primera vez que vamos en plan de apartamento alquilado y solamente puedo decir que volvería a repetir. Luis es un anfitrión ideal , pues se preocupa por el bienestar de sus huéspedes-inquilinos . El piso está muy bien tanto en el mobiliario y distribución como en distancia a la playa . La terraza está mejor de lo que aparece en la foto y cuenta con una plaza de garaje estupenda. Como he comentado antes , para repetir experiencia !! Gracias Luis !!

Casa a 5 min de la playa (5 min reales). Terraza mucho mejor que la foto. Muy buena comunicacion con el dueño. Un 10 de casa,asi da gusto.

Llevo muchos años alquilando con Homelidays, y no tengo sorpresas. En este caso concreto, el nivel de amabilidad y atención de los propietarios excelente, el estado del apartamento también excelente, tal cual se observa en las fotos. Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda.

Piso céntrico, tranquilo, muy bien equipado. A 5 mn andando de la playa de Sanxenxo, con el supermercado a 1 mn. Ideal con adolescentes y niños. Propietario muy amable y servicial. Repetiríamos.
