Welcome to Liverpool. The apartment is situated in the RopeWalks. The bohemian heart of Liverpool. Walking distance to main attractions and landmarks - Liverpool One, Royal Albert Dock, Cavern Club, Mersey Ferries, World Museum, The Beatles Story, Chinatown, Walker art Gallery, Metropolitan Cathedral of Christ the King & Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. A perfect base for a stay in a vibrant city. Suitable for single traveller, couples, families & friends.

Our Lovely Apartment consists of:

Living/lounge area

A large 46" Sony TV. Large sofa bed that can be converted to sleep one person comfortably. A love chair and a Pure dab radio.

Bedroom 1

2 x single beds that can be put together to make a Kingsize (Please let us know your preference on booking). Bedside tables with lamp and a lcd alarm clock. Double wardrobe with mirror & hangers. A desk with chair and lamp for working. For convenience there a USB & USB type C connection socket for charging mobile and computer devices.

Bedroom 2

1 x double bed with side table with table lamp and clock. Coat hanger on wall behind door.

Bathroom

A shower over bath with shower screen. A non slip bath mat. Toilet and basin. A large led mirror with demister.

Kitchen/diner

Fully equipped with washer/dryer, oven, induction hob, extractor fan, full sized fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and Delongi coffee machine. A glass table that seats four with chairs. Cups, saucers, plates, mugs, glass tumblers, wine & champagne glasses and cutlery. Kitchenware pots and pans are available for cooking if desired.

Internet & charging points

Wi-fi and usb socket connections for charging mobile and computer devices are available in all rooms.

Free complimentary tea, coffee, water & soft drinks available.

Check in is from 4pm and check out is 11pm. Our cleaners will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests.

TOWELS & LINEN
- We provide all bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases)
- We provide 1 x bath towel per guest. Please bring your own if you require more.
We also have extra pillows and blankets for your comfort and support. These are stored in the twin bedroom wardrobe.

The building is currently undergoing extensive renovation work on the communal interior and exterior walls of the building only.
The management company has assured all residents that disruption will be kept to a minimal. Scaffolding erecting and might have noise disturbance between 8am - 3pm approximately during weekdays only.

Work is due to start February 2024 and last for approximately 18 months.

Girls weekend away

3 old friends met up for a weekend in Liverpool, we were lucky enough to choose Jen and Jason’s great apartment. Everything was as advertised, they met us at the apartment and talked us through everything we needed to know. The apartment is very comfortable and they added lots of extras including provisions for our few days, a really nice touch. The property was literally 10 minutes away from everywhere we wanted to visit, the location couldn’t have been better for us. Thank you Jen and Jason for letting us stay in your home, we will return! Incredible hosts / accommodation couldn’t have been better

Ahead of our visit communication from Jason was exceptional and then we were welcomed in person by Jason & Jen on arrival, they were so helpful and kind. The wine, bottled water and an array of other food and drink refreshments made available to us were such a lovely touch. The best hosts we have had. Apartment was spotless and well equipped and in a great location. This really was an absolutely great find, highly recommend and would not hesitate to return.

Amazing experience

Great central location. Close to Albert Dock and Liverpool One shopping centre to name a few. Jason and Jen were amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

RENT THIS PLACE

The owners are AMAZING!!! That is an understatement. Jen and Jason made our stay in Liverpool absolutely perfect. The flat is comfortable and has absolutely everything you need. The location is incredible. Everything is within a short walk. This was hands down the best VRBO experience I have had in all the years. Again, Jen and Jason are truly incredible. They would be close friends if we lived in Liverpool.

A great choice

If you have booked this flat you won’t be disappointed. Firstly the location, it is right in the city centre very close to Liverpool One with lots of shops and restaurants and the flat has its own parking space. The flat is very modern, very clean and very quiet. Lastly the hosts Jason and Jen were brilliant. They welcomed us on arrival and went through everything, they even provided some food goodies and when we left they met us to check us out. Nothing is too much trouble for these hosts and we would definitely stay there again

el alojamiento perfecto para 5 personas,limpio y bien cuidado ,no le faltaba de nada y al llegar nos dejaron una caja de bombones con una tarjeta de bienvenida,Jason y Jen super detallistas,tambien nos dejaron fruta,zumos y leche para el desayuno,pan,mermeladas...jamas me he encontrado con eso en ningun apartamento de los que he ido y es de agradecer ...y mucho. lo recomiendo 100 por 100 ya que ademas esta muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad. Stadtwohung. Top-Lage im Zentrum, vieles zu Fuß erreichbar. Wer es braucht, hat sogar einen Parkplatz im Haus! Die Ausstattung: Perfakt ausgestattete Wohnung. Gute betten. Alles da, was man braucht. Erfreulicherweise sogar einiges mehr: Milch und Brot, Wein und Bier, Kaffee und Tee, Obst und Süßigkeit. Man fühlt sich fast wie zu Hause. Ein- und Aus-Checken wraen problemlos und einfach. Weekend break in the city of Liverpool

Perfect or two couples

Jen & Jason are FANTASTIC!!! The house has everything you need and Jen and Jason go above-and-beyond to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Without even asking, we received about a 2-dozen restaurant recommendations across 5 different cuisines! Would highly recommend and WILL be back for our next Liverpool adventure.

Perfect flat for a great getaway

Our experience was superb from start to finish. The flat is in a brilliant location, you have everything you need on your doorstep and some of the best bars and restaurants that Liverpool has to offer. Jason is an exceptional host, he went out of his way to ensure we had what we needed - he thought of everything! Check in and check out was very easy. We’d love to stay again and will tell all our friends!

Lovely weekend

We had a great stay. The location is excellent - central and yet it is a peaceful and restful environment. The essentials were all in place; it was spotlessly clean, well-equipped and comfortable. There was also a wealth of thoughtful extras. There were plants and pictures, and larder was stocked. There was fresh milk, bread and fruit awaiting our arrival and even the day's paper and wine in the fridge.

A great short break

The property was clean and comfortable and has an enviable city centre location. It made a great base to explore Liverpool and the surrounding areas and we all had a fantastic time. Jen and Jason are friendly and attentive hosts. Highly recommended.

Superb apartment in the heart of liverpool

We received a very warm welcome, they also supplied our daughter who turned 16 while there with a birthday cake and were surprised with a lot of extras for our stay. This was third time in Liverpool and this is by far the best apartment we have stayed at and highly recommend it. We will definitely love to stay here again on our next visit

Absolutely amazing city location!

Lovely apartment and great location right next to Liverpool one shopping centre. Bars, restaurants and supermarket less than 5 mins walking distance.The apartment is very clean and modern had everything we needed, home from home, looks exactly as it does in the pictures. great communication with hosts, they were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. Would definitely book again!
