Welcome to Liverpool. This vibrant City has so much amazing things to offer, discover and explore. The modern penthouse apartment has fabulous views of the two Cathedrals and the Welsh Mountains. Located in the heart of Liverpool. You are moments away from Lime St train Station, Chinatown, Bold St, Liverpool One shopping, Royal Albert Dock, University Of Liverpool, Museums, Beatles story, Theatres & Baltic Triangle. If you have any questions, Please ask. We look forward to hosting you soon.

Our Apartment has:

Living/lounge area

The apartment benefits from a balcony terrace south facing aspect with stunning views over the City. Access to the balcony via the Lounge area. A 55" Smart 4K Freeview TV with subscription to Netflix. Large sofa bed that can be converted to sleep one person comfortably. A modern rocker in the corner.

Bedroom 1

2 x single beds that can put together to make a Kingsize (Please let us know your preference on booking). A wardrobe with mirror. A desk with a mirror and light and a comfortable chair for working

Bedroom 2

1 x double bed, three drawer dresser & large wardrobe with mirror

Bathroom

A modern two head thermostatic shower over bath with shower screen. Heated towel rail. Toilet and basin. Large led mirror with demister.

Kitchen/diner

Fully equipped with inbuilt appliances washer/dryer, oven, induction hob & extractor fan. Full sized fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & Delongi coffee machine. A glass table that seats four with chairs. Cups, saucers, plates, mugs, glass tumblers, wine glasses & cutlery. Kitchenware pots and pans are available for cooking if desired.

Internet & charging points

Wi-Fi and USB socket connections for charging mobile and computer devices are available in all rooms.

Free complimentary tea, coffee, water & soft drinks available.

Check in is from 3pm and check out is 10am. Our cleaners will arrive at this time to begin cleaning for the next guests.

TOWELS & LINEN
- We provide all bed linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillow cases)
- We provide 1 x bath towel per guest. Please bring your own if you require more.

We also have extra pillows and blankets for your comfort and support. These are stored in the wardrobe of each bedroom.

Parent attention is required for young children as there is balcony access from living/lounge area.

There is cctv continuously on in the underground secure car park, main entrance & entrance to the apartment.

Jen and Jason welcomed us into their home with open arms and ensured our stay was relaxing with all the comforts of home. The penthouse is very comfortable with great views of the city - I would recommend this property - 10/10!!

Lovely apartment - great view and location

Excellent hosts - very welcoming and provided lots of information. Apartment is ideal for the train station and city centre in a very quiet area. Apartment had everything we needed, all the essentials for our arrival were provided such as milk, fruit juice and snacks. Comfy beds too.

Unbeatable location & hospitality

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Liverpool. The location was perfect - close to great restaurants, city center, and train transportation. All walkable. An enjoyable visit

We were quite happy with the accommodations provided to my son and me and our time in Liverpool was brief but quite enjoyable. Our host Jason was very accommodating and helpful with suggestions for our time there. Everything we needed was there for us, including milk, coffee, juice and snacks…a nice touch indeed! The location is perfect as it is only minutes to downtown and the Pier Head….as well as many excellent dining options. Many thanks to our hosts…hopefully many others will take the opportunity to visit a great city and stay at this affordable and comfortable flat!

Liverpool Penthouse

Jason and Jen were great hosts. The Apartment is well kept and they provided lots of very considerate extras. It's a short walk or cab ride to the Lime Street station. The Docks and Downtown attractions are walkable or a short bus ride.

We booked a weekend away to celebrate a birthday. The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was in a great location, we were able to walk to everywhere. Also close to Lime Street rail station. Our hosts Jason and Jen were very welcoming and and gave us lots of suggestions for things to do. We were blown away by the amount of essentials and extras left for us. Even a birthday cake, which was a lovely touch. Their hospitality was second to none. We also got into the flat early as the previous guests had left a few days before our arrival. This was a real plus. We would not hesitate to recommend this accommodation and would certainly return. Thanks again.

Amazing experience of Scouse hospitality

The property was exactly as advertised - lovely, clean, all the amenities you could want, and a with a beautiful view. The highlight though was the hosts. Jason and Jenny went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. I would recommend to anyone who is looking to experience the best of Liverpool and Scouse hospitality!

Excellent Liverpool Apartment

Jason and Jen were perfect hosts. From booking to arrival and departure. Excellent communication, special touches like food and drink plenty of toiletries if we forgot anything. Fantastic stay. Very quiet. Excellent host.

This was my very first start anywhere using Vrbo. Jason was very quick to respond to all our enquiries, both before and during our stay. The apartment is impressively very spacious (considering two of us are more than 6ft 3in in height). We spent most of our time out and about - because Liverpool has so much to offer - but the apartment is very well appointed with mod-cons, including a huge TV, (capsule) coffee maker and Wi-Fi. The parking is safe and secure and very cool - essential when the weather is baking - like it was when we visited. Thanks for everything. I’m sure we’ll see you again soon.

Key worker stay for 3 weeks

Due to Covid I was not able to view the property so rented "blind". When I moved in I was not disappointed as it had everything I needed. Jason & Jen met me and could not do enough for me. They walked me through the car parking and apartment and there was even a welcome basket of goodies and a bottle of wine. As I was there 3 weeks they contacted me to see if I wanted fresh linen and changed everything for me when I was out at work at an agreed time. They were on hand for any questions and were fantastic hosts. I highly recommend this property and will book again if I am back in Liverpool.

Die Ferienwohnung hat alles, was man braucht – und dann noch ein bisschen mehr. Platz und Bequemlichkeit. Ruhige Wohnung mit besten Betten. Und dann noch die Gastfreundlichkeit von Jen & Jason! Immer hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Fast ein kleines Wunder: Der sorgfältig gefüllte Kühlschrank. Wie zuhause ankommen…. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Und warne schon zum zweiten Mal die Gäste von Jen & Jason. Danke Ihr zwei!

Jason and Jens property is in a great position easily walkable from all city centre attractions with stunning views from the balcony. The apartment itself is modern, bright, comfortable and immaculate. Jason and Jen go the extra mile with their warm welcome, from meeting me outside to open the garage, take me to the apartment, loads of useful information and more nice little treats and personal touches than I have ever come across (and I travelled a lot with work). Can t thank you guys enough for helping make our stay in Liverpool a special one. Great city on the doorstep.
