Primitive

Good location near beaches but the standard of the house is very poor. There is no AC, no WiFi, poorly equipped kitchen, very old, work out and dirty furniture. You are not allowed to throw paper in the toilet. The house smelled from mold. Dishwasher and laundry machine half functioning. The circulation in the pool insufficient. The house was not cleaned properly upon arrival. Overall, very low standard. However, the owner is nice.

Dear Stephan For starters you paid half price because you took advantage of a mistake in the price list. Normally it would have cost you double. Secondly I did everything to try and please you. From giving you a private key to use our private access to the beach to working on a Sunday for you because you had blocked the pipes throwing waste, to doing a change over of sheets when all we normally do is leave the linen for you to change. We also gave you our cleaners service for a full morning free of charge. In addition you did not put the chlorine into the pool and that nearly created a problem. The villa has no air conditioning and you were duly informed before you arrived. And you accepted this. It is all recorded so that you know. The house was clean and you only came up with all this ridiculous excuses on departure. Stephan this is not fair play and I shall not rent to you again. My primitive yet charming villa.

Super villa, 10 min à pied de la mer!

Très jolie villa située dans un quartier résidentiel bien entretenu. A 10 minutes à pieds de superbes grandes plage. La ville de Marbella est à 10 min en voiture. Jorge est très accueillant. La villa est plus belle en vrai que sur les photos... foncez !!!
