Villa Estel is located on the Westside of Chania prefecture, in the famous area of Kalamaki. This contemporary villa is bathed in sunlight and tranquillity. It is designed to offer a comfortable stay to its guests. You and your beloved will have the opportunity to enjoy the privacy and the serenity of the unique location of Villa Estel. The villa is designed to cope with the ambitions, needs, and dreams of the most discerning guest. Let’s have a look.

Indoor facilities
Modern floors, white and grey elephant walls, and pieces of wood for the exterior design: the materials are simple with pure lines, and the whole design of Villa Estel is modern and comfortable concerning the beauty of the surroundings. The central building welcomes an open-plan living room, an adjacent dining room, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The living room is connected to the pool area, and a big corner sofa is there to host you any time of the day. Be sure that you will find all the appliances that you will need during your stay in Villa Estel. A living room with a satellite smart TV, a fireplace, and a big sofa right next to the dining area. The dining room is simple and practical as it is close to the kitchen. On this floor also you will find a WC. This 3-bedroom holiday villa is impeccably presented and the well-equipped pool area is ideal for family and friends to relax together.
On the first floor are located two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom with a double size bed (1.60*2.00), a Smart TV with a sea view from the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a double-size bed (0.80*2.00+0.80*2.00), a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. In the attic, the third bedroom is found with a double-size bed (1.60*2.00), a Smart TV with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The contemporary design of the villa imparts luxury and fresh air in every corner of the villa Estel. Villa Estel favours the independence of each guest. It is the perfect cocoon for a party of six friends who wish to share great convivial moments but also enjoy some privacy.
On the lower level, there is a washing machine and a gym for all the guests.

Outdoor facilities
Outdoor space with a Barbeque area and a dining table for 6 guests protected under a pergola for more relaxing moments for you and your loved ones. It has a beautiful yard around the pool where you can find a solarium -siesta corner. A swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for kids are offered right in front of the villa. Sunbeds surround the pool offering you moments of relaxation and letting you enjoy the Greek sun with a refreshing cocktail and some fresh fruits.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

Fantastic villa

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Estel. The rooms were all lovely, pool was great and a beautiful outdoor space. There was a really nice taverna within walking distance and shops, beach and Chania town only a short drive away. Stella was super helpful - sorted out a Samaria Gorge trip for us and provided reliable taxi details for evening trips into Chania. Definitely recommended.

Toller Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Villa

Wir hatten 10 schöne Tage auf Kreta/Chania in einer wunderschönen Villa mit Pool und Meerblick. Ein extra Lob an Stella, die sehr freundlich war und sich um alles kümmerte. Die Villa liegt schön am Hang und war für uns der ideale Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge.

Wow factor

Lovely modern villa and pool & BBQ area. Top floor bedroom has much lower ceiling than the other 2 bedrooms but this worked out OK for us as it was great for older kids. It is possible to walk to local beach and some nice local restaurants, walk back up the hill a bit of a slog. A car is a must to get to Chania and other sites. Stella the property manager was marvellous, had lots of suggestions and booked restaurants for us. If we wanted a quiet holiday in this part of Crete I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful villa of a very high standard.

We had a fantastic 10 days at the wonderful Villa Estel. A lovely property which is exactly like in the photos, very modern with contemporary design throughout. A nice big space indoors and out with plenty of room for everyone. The pool is a good size, although it's not heated so in October when we went it was very chilly but I'm sure it's great in the rest of the summer months. The location was good too, it's a 10 min walk down to shops, tavernas and the beach in the quieter area of Kalamaki. For more restaurants and nightlife, drive 5-10 mins further west along the coast towards Platanias where you'll find lots of options. Or drive 15 mins east to Chania town for the wonderful venetian harbour not to be missed and where we visited almost every evening. Stella from Holiways who handled our booking was also outstanding. Stella helped us with car rental, advice on trips to beaches and best of all, her restaurant tips were spot on which made for some fantastic meals out. Stella coudn't have been more helpful. I really recommend Holiways, Stella and the high standard of service they provided. I will be using them again either here at the wonderful Villa Estel or at another of their properties. Steve.

WOW! AMAZING! We´ll get back, for sure!

Top 5 star rating: we would also have liked to give 6 stars, but 5 is the maximum. Villa: description totally accurate regarding what we found: very clean, everything new, lot of space, light rooms. A really perfect location for everyone who seeks for relaxing (calm) times Location / surroundings No disturbing neighbours; 5-7 minutes walk to a really good tavern with very tasty food and very warm hospitality (Taverna Elia). 10 minutes walk for the bus station to Chania, the next super market or to a bakery. A really good spot for nice trips to the western part of Crete (rental car is needed) We loved our time at Estel Villa and will come back for sure. Many thanks to Stella from holiways. who made our holiday even better. Everything was perfect organized: beginning with a warm welcome, a pre-stocking of our fridge, a lot of recommendations for restaurants and trips, uncomplicated handling of checking in / out, ... Fantastic Holiday - Villa Estel

Outstanding villa- photos did not do it justice, lovely quiet location ( although neighbours cockerel crowing at 4am every day was a bit annoying but not the villa's fault!). Lovely food/drink welcome pack already in fridge on arrival, shown around the villa by Stella and how to work things. Beautiful furnishings, fittings, layout and pool, had a wonderful time. Special thanks to Stella of Holiways, she was amazingly helpful and also sent through an excellent online guide which gave immense details about the local areas and genuinely interested at the end of the holiday in hearing about your experience. 10/10

Stunning New Modern Villa & Exceptional Host

Villa Estel is a beautiful new modern & spacious property located in a residential area only a 15min drive from Chania Town perfect for both a relaxing holiday or for exploring the west side of the island. From the second we pulled up to the entrance to every moment we spent lying by the heavenly pool, it proved to be the perfect getaway. The property design is exceptional while Jennie & her team thought of absolutely everything! From stocking the fridge for our first day to fresh fruit delivered to our doorstep, Villa Estel surpassed every expectation in terms of hospitality!
