6 person holiday home in Nysted

Well-appointed cottage on two levels located by Nysted Harbor. On the ground floor there is a large living room, a spacious master bedroom (bed 180x200), bathroom and a cozy dining kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a closed solarium, from where there is a passage to the terrace with a view to the harbor. On the 1st floor, where there is a sloping ceiling, views of the city's roofs, the harbor and Aalholm Castle, there is a large room with a table for cards and puzzles, several relaxation areas and two good bedrooms. One room has a double bed (140x200) and the other has 2 single beds (90x200). The cottage is continuously renovated and everything is painted in bright colors. There is district heating with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators on the 1st floor. High speed internet and a wide range of TV channels are also installed. At the harbor there are restaurants, ice cream parlor and the possibility of a game of mini golf. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
