Villa Zita with Private Pool

This beautiful stone house is a semi-detached building located near Porec, and consists of Villa Zita and Villa Parentium. Each villa is decorated in a traditional Istrian style and has a private pool and courtyard. Villa Zita consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and dining room. Two rooms have a third bed for two extra people. There is also a cot and high chair, DVD player, satellite TV, and free, wireless internet. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have towels and bed linen. In front of the villa there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with sun loungers, parasols and a terrace with garden furniture, outdoor shower and grill. The villa also has parking in front of the house (1 parking space). Pets are allowed. (max 1).

The small town of Dračevac has a lot of greenery, and is an ideal place to relax and escape from the city bustle. It houses typical Istrian houses. Dračevac is surrounded by beautiful vineyards and olive groves, as well as numerous forest roads. The zone is recommended for families with children because it has a lot of greenery, domestic animals and places to relax. Youth groups are not allowed.
