Romantic Waterfront Shabby Chic Cabin on the Clark Fork River! #SwankyCabin

This charming shabby chic and private waterfront cabin is a wonderful place for two people who want to get away from it all! Our romantic Swanky Cabin is newly renovated and features an open floor plan, one loft bedroom with a Layla queen bed, a full bathroom with shower and washer and dryer. The living room features a wood burning fireplace, high-speed internet, 2 large flat screen TV's, pool table and a large sectional sleeper sofa. The well-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area make this a great spot to dine in . You can also BBQ on the deck overlooking the gorgeous Clark Fork River and enjoy dining in natures finest!
During the summer enjoy some of North Idaho’s best fishing, unlimited hiking, swimming, crawdad hunting, kayaking and basking in the warm sun! After enjoying a long day on the river, head in to watch a DVD, play some pool or choose a board game to play.

Please note: during snowy winter months 4wd is required. You must drive down a mini semi-steep hill for parking. We will have snow plowing during winter months and we ask that you move your vehicle when the plow comes by so they can clear the entire driveway. Also, depending how long your stay is, we may need to come by and shovel the snow off the deck and the front entry way, but we will be sure to give advanced notice. You are more than welcome to it yourself if you would would prefer privacy. If you have any questions or need any additional photos of parking, please reach out anytime.

The host is so friendly and communicative. There is nothing shabby about this cabin. There is plenty of room for two people. The washer/dryer were such a bonus. This cabin is very clean! My husband and I enjoyed the view and pool table. We were also able to get out and enjoy the local wildlife: moose, mule & white tail deer.

We could stay longer in this amazing spot. The cabin was exactly as described and all we could think we need was right there. Fishing in the river, or just staying out enjoying the nature, relaxing from the city fast pace was an otherworldly experience! The communication with Jennifer was also great! She was nice and thoughtful at all times! We recommend this place .

Beautiful Getaway

The property is fantastic! As soon as we stepped out of the vehicle and looked at the view of the river, I knew I hit a home run on this one. The cabin is clean and perfect for a couple. We visit the area every summer while staying in Sandpoint, and I always fish just down the road. So to actually be able to stay right there was a huge novelty. The cabin has everything to keep you entertained. We live downtown in a fairly big city, so when I looked up at the night sky, it blew me away. If we can make it happen, we will be back again next summer.

Peaceful and serene. Everything you need for 2 people. Right on the river wirh wondsrful big windows all along the river side of the house so even in cold weather you can enjoy the river. Nice deck and lounging areas riverside also. Basics all covered inside the house for a comfortable stay.

Great getaway!

We wanted to hide out without kids and this was the perfect spot! The river is gorgeous, the deck is lovely, and the house is the perfect size for two. You can even enjoy a firepit (when it's not fire season!) The photos are accurate... The cabin is very nicely decorated and equipped as well as quiet and peaceful. We didn't even see other people. We hope to be back!

A peaceful reset

It’s a wonderful place to get away and recharge while enjoying the River, due to fire season we didn’t get the enjoy it as much as we’d hoped. The pool table, games, and music made for a fun indoor vacation. We did brave the smoke on our second day and paddled the river which was so serene. It’s nice to enjoy the water without the plethora of boats that occupy the lake!
