Wonderful location with its own beachfront property, swimming area, boat slip, and dock. From the house, perched on high ground, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the beautiful Lake Spexhultasjön.

A large, sloping garden extends from the house down to the lake, where you’ll find both a boat and a canoe for those who want to explore the lake and its islands or go fishing. The house was completely renovated in 2006 and features a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. Living room with a cozy wood-burning stove and sofa. Large 42" TV with a wide selection of channels, including access to Canal Digital with over 60 Swedish and international channels. Bedroom with one double bed; upstairs there is a large bedroom with a double bed. Facing west with a lake view is the large, 20-square-meter glassed-in patio; facing east is a 30-square-meter covered patio. At the water’s edge is an annex with a sofa bed for 2 people. Large, child-friendly garden of 2,000 square meters. Wi-Fi access. The cottage is partially insulated and has electric heating. Final cleaning is not included in the rent; it must be done by the guest or can be purchased for 1000 SEK. Towels and sheets can be rented for 250 SEK per person per stay.

There are both tennis and bocce courts in the immediate area that can be used free of charge. Excellent outdoor activities for both adults and children.
