This lovely modern 4 bed town house has been a private front entrance, which leads into the hallway with a bathroom on the ground floor and a tastefully furnished open plan living dinning and kitchen leading onto a patio/garden. The living room has a 43 inch smart TV which has internet based apps such as Netflix, etc. With our superfast fibre optic broadband, streaming will be a breeze. There is also a big dinning table suitable for business travellers who need to have meetings. The super fast wifi will enable one to perform their work at optimal efficiency.
On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite. On the 2nd floor there are also 2 double bedrooms.

Hockley is the location of the Museum of the Jewellery Quarter and Birmingham Mint. Vittoria Street in Hockley is home to Birmingham Institute of Art and Design's Jewellery School, and The Big Peg arts & crafts workshop cluster is nearby. Housing in the area is generally characterised by well-built Victorian villas and terraces. There are several bars and restaurants in the Jewellery Quarter and a very large Tesco ( a superstore for groceries, and other essentials such as cosmetics, toiletries, clothes, electronics, etc.) .

Although you will rarely meet me in person(as I reside in London), I am on hand via the phone and I have a great team on ground to deal with any maintenance issues that require urgent attention.
My accommodation attracts travellers over all of the world who are visiting for conferences, Contractors , corporate jobs, performances (dancers and actors) to name a few, with quite a few staying extended stays.

Svelte Living’s impressive newly built townhouse is over 2 floors with a bright and modern décor and sleeps up to 10 people which is great for contractors, business travellers, families and corporate workers. Each bedroom has a desk and a chair and there is also a 6 seater dinning table in the dinning area which great for having meetings.
Svelte Living's town house has a private front entrance, which leads into the hallway with a toilet on the left and a well-equipped kitchen on the right. Further down into a tastefully decorated living room and dinning area with French doors that lead into the patio/garden. The living room has a 43 inch smart TV. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom. On the second floor there is a huge bedroom with an en-suite, a lounge area and a dressing area. This room contains a smart TV, a twin bed and a sofa bed. It encompasses the whole top floor. There is parking for one car to the side of the property and external CCTV around the perimeters of the building for security.
