Our Townhouse is a wonderful vacation home that we would love for you to enjoy. We would like to invite you and your family to come create magical memories to last a lifetime in our newly/updated 3 Bedroom/ 3 Bath Townhome. Located in the exclusive, 24-hour secured/gated and highly sought after Windsor Hills Resort area, now with a Outdoor Cafe by the Clubhouse and Pool. Just picture yourself relaxing in the Florida sun, near the pool with a bite to eat and a nice cocktail !! This private community is only a few minutes from Walt Disney World and convenient to endless stores and restaurants. Rent with us during your next trip and make our home your home away from home.

Our goal is to provide you with everything you need to make your vacation dreams come true. The bright and airy Living/Dining Room opens out to your own private splash pool. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make a nice breakfast, a family meal or a simple snack. Come back from the parks for lunch and a dip in the pool. You'll be refreshed, ready to enjoy the rest of the day and magical fireworks when you return to the park.

An added bonus, it's only 2.5 miles from the Walt Disney World Resort's main gate! Close enough to come home for afternoon naps and dip in the pool.

This NEWLY RENOVATED 3 bedroom 3 bathroom 1440 sq ft luxury home is located in famous Windsor Hill Resort, one of best upscale vacation home resort. It’s only 2.5 miles to Disney Theme Park and close to everywhere. It’s the BEST LOCATION!

This 3 bedroom villa has 1 KING/1 QUEEN/ 2 TWIN BEDS. All bedrooms include TVs and are beautifully themed in rooms, making them perfect for guests of all ages. We use high quality, ultra comfortable mattresses which you can only find it in 5 stars hotel. Please note you can also pre-book the pool heat for your home for an extra fee.


*Bedroom 1- located on the main floor has a queen sized bed with a private bath

*Master bedroom- located on the second floor has a king sized bed, a private bath.

*Bedroom 2- located on the second floor has two twin beds and a private bath

At the Windsor Hills clubhouse, boasting a five-start rating , you will have full access to all resort amenities including a guest welcome center, double Olympic size resort swimming pool, sun deck with lounge chairs, movie theater, game room, multiple playgrounds, fitness center, Jacuzzi, tennis and volleyball courts, basketball court, golf putting green, and a BRAND NEW water park! (Grand opening was late 2018)

Don't worry about your basic grocery needs because Windsor Hills has a great Market Place for that. There is also a Grill so you can grab a bite. Enjoy some sandwiches, order some beverages, or snacks and get the most out of your relaxing sunny day with no worries!

The townhouse was nice, clean and the resort pool was great. However, the small pool behind the townhouse was dirty when we arrived. We contacted management and they did come by, stirred it up, added chemicals (we guess), but within a couple hours it looked the same. Plus, outside furniture was cracked and dirty. So we didn't use any of it, which was disappointing. Otherwise, it was a good stay.

Great location/proximity to Disney Parks

This is a great location to stay when visiting Disney parks. It is close to grocery stores and just a 15 minute or less drive to all the Disney parks. We love the layout of the condo and having a small splash pool for the kids to play in.

Great time, very nice place, easy check in and out, very clean and loved the splash pool. 30 minutes from airport and even closer to the Disney parks. Looking forward to returning.

Winter Vacation

Property owner very quick to answer questions and fix small things. Furniture a little outdated. Beds are comfortable. Splash pool is nice. Full sun and very private. Would definitely stay again.

Nice and convenient location

Unfortunately the pool area was not big enough to handle the crowds. Nice pool area, but jam packed the week we were there.

Just perfect!

We stayed here for 2 weeks and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The location is fantastic for walking to the main pool. The property had everything we needed and was like a home away from home. Walmart is just down the road as is all the shops/restaurants you need. Disney is around a 15minute drive away and really easy to get to from there. We needed to change the dates of our stay due to our flights being cancelled and moved, the owner was so helpful with sorting this for us. Communication was great and we had no problems at all. I’ll definitely stay at this property again!

Great location and nice townhouse

Great location close to all of the attractions. The house is well kept and clean. We didn’t end up using the pool because of the temperature. $30 a day to heat it seems to be the going rate but we passed on it and used the larger community pool. Being a 2 story townhome it was a bit of a challenge with a busy 2 year old and a1 year old.

Lack of communication

Lack of communication which only happens once a day in the morning so if something happens you need to wait the next day. The single bed mattress were horrible. The pool was filthy with leaves and a dead frog. The emergency light were not functional in the unit.

The Good and the Bad

The location to Disney was accurate and convenient. We traveled with family members, who stayed in two other units. The most important issue was the beds in our unit. The King bed was very good. The Queen bed wasn't good and the Twins were bad. The kitchen appliances, washer & dryer were excellent. The couches in the living room could be replaced. There is a kitchen table with four chairs. The dunking pool behind the unit was nice, but if you want the water heated, it will cost $30 per day. The pool complex, with a splash pad and water slides, located near the main entrance, was fantastic. There are also pool tables, a fitness area, and a small store, where you can buy drinks, sandwiches, etc. We tried contacting the owner about the ac unit. There wasn't any problem, we just wanted to adjust it. We didn't get any response, but we figured it out. We only dipped in the pool in our unit once. It needed chlorine and more water added. Luckily a maintenance person happen to come by and took care of it. All in all, it was a good experience. I wouldn't stay in this particular unit again. The most important issue was the beds. After spending many hours in Disney, the most important requirements are comfortable beds and couches! It also would be helpful to have a notebook with instructions about the televisions, heat/ac or any other pertinent information. Purchase soap, toilet paper and paper towels. A small amount is supplied. I hope this helps the owners and future renters. Enjoy!

Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Great location for Disney and not difficult to get to Universal either. Paid to have our private pool heated and enjoyed that. Resort pool was lovely. Big Walmart close for groceries. Communication good with owner and small issues dealt with quickly. Lots of kitchen equipment. Not enough towels (only one kitchen towel) and no beach towels so bring your own or be prepared to do laundry. Beds of varying degrees of comfort.

Very cooperative when I need an extra day

Everything was wonderful. My only suggestion is extra garbage bags should be available. Will definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was very close to Disney and the kids enjoyed being able to swim after a long day at the park. Would definitely book this property again.

Perfect Place to stay in Orlando CLOSE TO DISNEY

We absolutely loved our stay here! To our surprise its even more updated than the pictures show. All new appliances and rooms are painted and decorated more modern. The pool was warm and so nice to jump in mid day when we came back each afternoon for a nap. About 10-15 mins from Disney with traffic. I thought the check in process was easy and the gate guys were always so friendly. Would 100% come back and stay again!

Beautiful and Convenient location

The property was located In a beautiful gated community nice location close to everything 20 to 35 minutes depending on traffic to get to any park and airport Walmart within five minutes! The only thing I have to say about the property and its not really the owners fault but every time we showered the drains would clog and it was like standing in a small pool. But the units are all connected and I am sure we were not the only ones with the issues other wise the house was awesome! Definitely will stay again!!

Perfect for a family of 5

We really loved this house. There was plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean and well maintained. Really liked the back patio and pool area. My only recommendation would be to maybe have a couple pool floats for guests or even a couple of pool noodles. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very nice

It was very close to the parks about 15-20 minutes away. The house was nice and clean. We had our own pool but we didn’t use it because we just didn’t have enough time. I would definitely recommend this property and stay here again in the future.

Perfect Stay For WDW

This is my 2nd stay at Windsor Hills. I admit I was a little apprehensive to stay here again. Our 1st condo wasn't clean and well kept. First, the location of this condo is excellent for Disney guests, very close to all parks and easy to navigate to. It's off the main road, but you can throw a rock to Wal-Mart and area restaurants. Check-in was quick and easy. We arrived about an hour early was CLEAN and ready to go. The condo had BARE minimum supplies. There are NO wash clothes for any of the 3 bathrooms and on only 2 towels per bathroom. There should be at least 4 each per bathroom. Honestly this is my only complaint with the condo. All appliances worked and are up to date. The walls are all freshly painted. However, there were several places were nails had been patched and not painted. The beds and furniture were all comfortable and didn't feel worn out. The pool is perfect for a quick dip. There was a $30 charge per day for pool heat. Given the time of year, this should come with rental. We chose not to do this, the water was cool. The owner was quick and responsive to any questions we had before the stay. Overall, I would absolutely stay here again! I would recommend this unit to those going to see the mouse!
