Enhance your Disney Vacation experience at Patty and Jerry's 3 bedroom, 3 bath Townhouse located one and a half miles from Disney Property.

Enjoy your stay at our townhouse with southeast sun exposure. Located on a beautiful courtyard, this 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit has all the amenities of home. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen/living room combo has a fully equipped kitchen, with bar stools at the counter. The living room has a large TV with couch and love seat. As you walk out of the living room through the triple glass sliding doors, take a dip in the private splash pool. With southern exposure, you get sunshine all day.

All rooms have ceiling fans.
High speed wireless internet service throughout the townhouse.
Washer and dryer.

FYI: We do have a ring doorbell installed by front door.

In addition to the above, ask about our return visit policy, because we want our home to be your home when you are visiting the Orlando area.

Location, Location, Location!

This is the perfect location for the parks as well as plenty of restaurants too. The pool was great and plenty of space in the townhouse. We look forward to staying here again someday!

Family vacation

Very nice stay!

This property was clean and plenty spacious for 5 of us. We had a question the first day and the owner got back to us quickly. The clubhouse and pool were close by and very nice.

Great location

The location was perfect. Owner was very responsive. Property was somewhat dirty. Air conditioner vent was super dirty, master bedspread had some stains on pillows tht of bed stains. Went to use extra blanket in closet and it had something crusty on it. Went to use frying pan and it looked like put up dirty. Did not use pool it needed cleaning as well sides and bottom were dirty along with dead weeds growing from bricks used for patio around pool. useotheclosablanketslooked like

Great place, from Austin tx

The place was great, so much room, it was clean and had everything we needed. We were so busy at the parks we didn’t get into the lil pool, hopefully next time. Patty was great, she would message me asap answering my questions..check in was easy. Thank you and will book again next year. (My wife now has a Disney addiction)

Clean and well managed

The rental experience was very professional. Everything was handled in a timely manner. The townhouse was very clean and orderly. A couple of details did get overlooked, but they weren't a big deal. At first we thought there were very few towels, but then discovered that most of the towels were in the dryer. I assume the cleaning crew simply forgot them. Also, the notebook with the information about the townhouse still had the welcome sheet from the prior guests. This also wasn't a big deal, but felt like maybe the cleaning crew was rushed. We did have a couple of general condition issues that, while not a major problem for this trip, would probably lead us to look at a different unit on our next trip. The biggest issue was the king bed in the master bedroom upstairs that my wife and i shared. On the right hand side (as you are laying down) there is a major worn out spot which means you are trying to sleep in a hole. The other side of the bed was just fine. Since I have a bad back and that's the side of the bed I always sleep on, this was a real problem until we switched sides. A comfortable bed is right up there with cleanliness for us. Just to be clear, the townhouse was spotless. But the bed was not comfortable. It needs to be replaced or maybe the box spring is broken or something? Also the dresser in the same bedroom had several broken drawers. This was only a minor inconvenience and, to be honest, something we are used to dealing with at home, too. That said, it doesn't lend to an overall feeling of quality. Finally, the shower curtain in the same bathroom was held up (barely) by friction. We had to be very careful lest it come crashing down. In short, while the unit was very clean and well supplied, it felt like there were some items that needed some investment to bring them up to snuff compared to other units we have stayed in at Windsor Hills. All that said, it was still so much nicer than staying at a hotel for the price. We love the townhouses at Windsor Hills. I would not hesitate to recommend this unit to someone with the above caveats given that it was so spotlessly clean, the interaction with the owner was so good, and the price was very fair.

Disney Dreamin In Windsor Hills

The Disney Dreamin townhome was neat, clean and very orderly. The townhome was also well furnished and certainly met our expectations. We found the owner to be responsive and polite. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we discovered that the splash pools circulating pump ran 24/7 which had cooled the water to the point where it was unusable. This was a disappointment especially for our grandchildren. The owner was not aware of this problem until I informed her. When informed she immediately made a call to the management company to have the pump fixed. Unfortunately, the pump did not get fixed during the week. This was not the fault of the owner but the management company or service company. All in all we did enjoy our stay at Disney Dreamin and we were very pleased with the amenities at Windsor Hills. Perfect location

Overall a lovely town house in a great location, everything that we needed was provided. A few things need updating and some of the general areas need deep cleaning.

Great location, comfortable home

Great location, short walk to clubhouse and pool area as well as one of the playgrounds. Also close to Kissimmee/Orlando and all the theme parks and attractions. Unit was adequately clean and comfortable. Splash pool in the back was wonderful! Please note that the kitchen is stocked with dishes, cups, and cooking pots, but there is no seasonings, cooking oil, plastic wrap etc.

Windsor Hill

The property need a very deep cleaning before we could bring our stuff in I had to clean the bathroom, sweep, vacuum and mop the floors and they had to bring new mattress pad and clean sheets because for the king bed.

Windsor Hills Stay

We stayed with my daughter & niece for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center. Property was great! Plenty of space & flexibility for swimming with our own pool out back. I-4 was backed up every day with heavy traffic, but we prepared ourselves & gave enough time to get to the convention center on time each day. Close to the theme parks as well. Had a great stay!

Would stay again

Location was close to all the Disney parks. Quiet and clean. The only problem we had was with getting rid of the garbage. Put it in the outside container and closed the lid. Some animal got into it overnight . We cleaned it up and called the property manager and left a message to ask what else we could do. We did not receive a call back. Over all a great place to stay.

Christmas getaway

The condo is within walking distance to the clubhouse and pool, which is so handy. Daily activities at the clubhouse. Main pool was so warm and nice! Fun music and plenty of space. Minimal cooking supplies on hand at the condo. The lanai is lukewarm even when heated, but the kids didn’t seem to mind much. Quiet and didn’t hear neighbors thankfully until nighttime in the back when they swam. A/c is capped to 73 minimal, but there is a small fan in the closet. We enjoyed our stay!

Great Location

Great place to stay for a quick weekend, location is prime. Close to the entrance of the resort and the water park. Very clean and everything we needed. Patty was a great host and I would stay here again.

Great option close to Disney

We have stayed at Windsor Hills several times, always in different places to accommodate various numbers of travelers. Our stay here was great. The house was as described, easy to get to, and met our needs.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. Condo was clean, although you could tell there are a lot of people in and out as baseboards and high traffic areas are a bit worn out. The headboard of one twin bed was not well attached and is super noisy when you move on the bed. Everything was comfortable however, and we would stay here again. The pool and water park are really great. Super close to Disney!

Economic condo near essentials with pool

The place is spacious enough. Condo property, pool and common amenities are great. They supply nothing for you but towels and a blow dryer....no hand soap, no shampoo, no coffee, so be prepared to visit Walmart just down the road. Apartment furnishings and paint colors are dated. Things like baseboards could use some fresh paint, so not a 10 on decor, but we were hardly there, so didn't mind. Sheets on king size bed did not stay on bed, but mattress was comfortable. Pool are was clean, but outdoor seating area is small. Complex was quiet.
