It’s a modest and humble flat with simple furnishings and decorations. It has a good bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom. This flat has a great view of the park and gardens alongside the river.

The flat has fast Wi-Fi, an HD TV and an Amazon Fire Stick so you can log into your favourite streaming sites and watch to your heart’s content.

The Neighborhood:
Residential area close to river, parks and local attractions.
Excellent coffee houses nearby on the exotic Magdalen street which is well worth exploring.

- The neighbors are sensitive to noise, so if you’re looking to make lots of noise then this flat isn’t for you.
- There is no TV license at the property so normal TV channels are not available. You can use the Amazon Fire Stick to log into your favorite streaming accounts
- Unless there is an absolute emergency such as a fire, flood or lost key please communicate via the app in which you booked (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.)
- This is to maintain transparency and quality on this platform. Also we have a remote team who help respond to guest complaints via the app.
The sofa bed is really comfortable however people over 1.8m may find it slightly on the short side.
