BA1 Nice apartment in a waterfront villa - Private stair to the sandy beach.

Independent apartment in a beachfront Villa in the marvelous Bosa area, 40 km from Alghero, distant only 5 meters from the sea shore. You can reach the beach through a private 30 steps stairway. Unrepeatable location, fantastic views from private gazebo and sunsets. You can throw a stone in the sea water while eating in the terrace. only “noise” you can hear is… the soft sea waves. Apartments is comfortable and completely renovated. Very nice for a couple. In the apartment there is WIFI. At few minutes you can find food shops, bars, restaurants and sport camps. From the property you can easily reach in 5 minutes the center of the medieval Bosa town, and Alghero through a scenic road, with the sea to the left side and the famous Malvasia Vineyard Hills to the other. Alghero airport is just one hour drive.
From the south boundary of the village there are 20 km of virgin coast which is going to become a Natural Park and is the site chosen for the Sardinian Underwater Fishing Championships.

Zu empfehlen

Eine sehr saubere und schöne Wohnung mit einer großen Terrasse mit Meeresblick und Meeresrauschen. Die Lage ist einmalig mit eigener Treppe runter zum Strand. Ich war Ende Oktober da und hatte den Strand fast für mich alleine. Für mich war es eine wunderschöne unvergessliche Zeit und bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal, daß ich da war.

Lage sehr gut

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Wir hatten stürmisches Westküstenwetter und konnten dank der Loggia trotzdem draußen sitzen und die wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer genießen.

We felt very welcome, everything was tidy and clean and just 50 meters to the beach. We could contact Giancarlo for every question during our stay. We would definitively come back. We could even imagine renting several appartment with the entire family.

Excelent holidays in a nice and calm environment

It was the second time for us spending our holidays there, the location was very nice, clean, good situated and very close to the sea. It was clean and well maintained and the owner or his representative were very friendly. We would highly recommend it to others.

Erholungsurlaub pur!

Unser Vermieter Giancarlo hatte uns bereits im Vorfeld der Reise mit gutem Anfahrtsplan zur Wohnung ausgestattet. Bei dieser angekommen wurden wir sehr freundlich von Ihm begrüßt und aufgenommen. Der erste Anblick dieser Traumkulisse raubte uns beinahe den Atem - wunderschön!!! Die Wohnung ist einfach, sauber und mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet.Der Strand direkt unter der Wohnung ist bestens zum Schnorcheln geeignet, nach 10 Min. Fußmarsch am Strand entlang gelangt man zu einer großzügigen Sandstrandbucht. Das Wasser ist glasklar hatte 28 Grad!!! und glänzte in den tollsten Farben.Auf alle Fälle braucht man ein Auto um in einen Supermarkt zu gelangen, oder für individuelle Ausflüge auf der Insel. Direkt über der Wohnung befindet sich ein Pizza-Imbiss den unser Sohn (10 Jahre) fast täglich besuchte, sehr praktisch. Fazit dieser Reise: Jederzeit wieder, !!!

Wonderful apartment

We really loved our stay in this apartment. The apartment itself is quite basic, but has everything you need and it is clean. It is also very accomodating for a family with small children. The greatest asset, however, is its location next to the beach, and the terrace overlooking the sea is amazing. We had many great dinners and BBQs while enjoying the sunset. The ride to Bosa is just a few minutes and there are many other quiet, non-touristy beaches nearby. I warmly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing, low-key holiday.

Lovely Holiday Apartment

Me & my partner stayed her in May 2011 and it was just what we wanted. The perfect size apartment for a couple and the beach on our doorstep (literally!). Probably the best nights sleep I have ever had on holiday. We stayed in the Bilocal apartment which has a roof terrace and outside eating area, more than we could've asked for and we used it allot, even though the eating area was overlooked, with only a few other holiday makers around it felt private. You must have a car to stay here as there are no local shops (other than 2 bars) open other than the summer, you need to travel to nearby Bosa. This did not deter us as the advantage of having the beach in front of us for the price, was fab! Overall the perfect place for a quiet intimate holiday and Giancarlo was a very welcoming host! Highly recommended :o)

100% Perfect!

Our stay in villa alabe was absolutly fantastic. The owner Giancarlo is a very friendly person, everything was so easy. We arrived late in the evening and the key was just hanging on the door waiting for us. The villa is nicely decorated, the sea view and the sunset was great! It's the perfect place for relaxing holidays.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen 14-tägigen Urlaub. Dies lag zum einen an der gut ausgestatteten und herrlich gelegenen kleinen aber feinen Ferienwohnung und zum anderen an dem herrlichen Wetter. Die Wohnung ist mit allem, was man zum täglichen Leben braucht, bestückt. Die Lage am Meer und der direkte Zugang zum Sandstrand sind perfekt! Die Betreuung durch Giancarlo im Vorfeld und auch während des Aufenthaltes ist sehr freundlich und umfassend. Trotz Hauptferienzeit war der Strand unterhalb des Apartments nie überfüllt. Das Meer war die meiste Zeit (bis auf 2-3 Tage) absolut ruhig und angenehm temperiert. Toll zum Schwimmen und Schnorcheln. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!!!

Great place for families

We spent some great days in the big apartment 1 in late April/early May and really enjoyed it. The nice city of Bosa is very close (car recommended), the villa is located right next to the beach with a great view, the house is very well-maintained and clean. The owner is extra friendly, provided a great service for the whole of our stay and even before, giving us useful information for the trip and the stay, cellphone numbers etc. He speaks English fluently and helped us right away when we had a little problem. The apartment is ideal for families - you can even have the kids play on the beach and watch them from the huge terrace. Some of the restaurants at Bosa Marina were still closed given the early time of the year, but you can still find plenty of excellent restaurants in the near city of Bosa - or do your on BBQ on the provided grill! All in all: very recommendable!

10 wunderschöne Tage

Wir hatten zehn wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Alabe. Das kleinste der Appartements bot alles, was man braucht, der Gazebo direkt an der Treppe zum Strand war ein perfekter Platz zum Frühstücken, die Lage direkt am im April ruhigen Strand ist traumhaft. Schon im Vorfeld fühlten wir uns durch den Vermieter gut betreut, Homepage, E-Mails, Wegbeschreibungen waren ebenso liebevoll gemacht wie hilfreich. Porto Alabe ist Anfang April ein ruhiger Ort, nur über das Osterwochenende etwas belebter. Das wunderschöne Bosa ist allerdings nur zehn Minuten mit dem auf Sardinien ohnehin erforderlichen Auto zu erreichen. Eine Übersicht über notwendige (Supermarkt, Tankstelle) und lohnenswerte (Restaurants, Ausflüge) Ziele liegt im Appartement bereit.

Absolut empfehlenswert

Das Haus besticht v.a. durch seine traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Der Strand ist sehr schön und breit und auch am Wochenende nicht überfüllt. Von der Terrasse lassen sich jeden Abend die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Bosa, ein schönes, idyllisches Städtchen liegt nur wenigen Autominuten entfernt, dort kann man auch gut Lebensmittel einkaufen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, sauber, das "Wohnzimmer" aber recht klein. Die Betreuung durch die Familie war sehr nett. Ein Aufenthalt hier ist v.a. für Ruhesuchende, die den direkten Kontakt zum Meer lieben, zu empfehlen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um den Westen der Insel zu erkunden.

Super Urlaub

Wir verbrachten Ende Oktober bis Anfang November hier 10 Tage, und diese waren traumhaft. Es war ruhig, das Wetter super und ins Wasser konnte man auch. Das Apartment war sauber, gut ausgestattet und entsprach absolut den Angaben und der Fotos. Der Vermieter war freundlich, unkompliziert und sehr entgegenkommend. Der Umgang war schon fast freundschaftlich. Der Blick von der Terrasse war besonders, und wir genossen ihn jeden Tag. Besonders die Sonnenuntergänge, die ja nun mal im Westen sind. Die Küste hier ist auch einmalig. Wir würden wieder zur gleichen Zeit oder auch später wiederkommen. Tolles Haus, tolle Insel und freundliche Menschen dort.

The description was very accurate, but the reality was much better.Very large, very clean,kitchen very new and all what you need to cook. The best view from your terrace,wonderfull sunsets what you need more? The owner provide the best customer service,from the first time after the reservation til the arrival at home.We booked for the next year again.

Villa Alabe Apartment

My Wife and I had a fantastic 2 week holiday in the Vilola Alabe 1 bedroom Apartment. The apartment was very well positioned literally on the beach and was well equipped and clean. Giancarlo and his family were very polite and friendly. Porto Alabe was quiet and the use of a car is essential. We recommend the apartment without reservation. Steve and Rachel, Nottingham
